I am so happy I bought this chair. It's was delivered in 3 days. Fairly, light weight. Instructions were super easy to follow. Had all the parts, labeled and extras provided. It is so comfortable. The foot rest is a game changer. I love to be seated with my legs out in front. The extra wide seat, allows me to sit cross-legged as well. The heating feature is my favorite, it covers the full lower back. Massage is great, as there are so many options!!! I highly recommend this chair. Amazing quality!

I love this chair so far. It's super comfortable and great for bigger people. I'm 200 and have plenty of room! The recline is adjustable to wherever you want. Foot stool is nice the heat is nice. The massage is ok it's not like a spa but more of a vibration. It's OK though! For the price it's worth it! Came quicker than expected!

We've only had it for a few days, but so far it's great. I will provide an update if this situation changes. It was straightforward to assemble. I purchased this as a gift for my son, who works from home providing technical help. He's 6'2" and built. A previous gaming chair and later a standard office chair both failed and were uncomfortable. This one is quite robust and fits his height and frame nicely. I sat in it myself to try it out and enjoyed it. I might get one for myself. The cushions are comfortable, but firm. PU leather is soft.

We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. We have three warehouses in GA,CA and LA to ship your order at no extra charge.
Can you deliver my order to PO Box?
We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If cancelled on the same day you will not be charged for any processing fees. However, if you cancel your order at any point after the same day period, do not accept your cancelled package from FedEx (sometimes RTS requests fail), as you will also be responsible for returning the package.
