The chair is quite comfortable. The footrest feels weak, as if it would break if my cat sat on my legs. If I used my left arm to support myself while standing, it feels like it would snap quickly. The right arm is stronger because the mechanics and electronics are on that side. I'm not sure about the warming, but the massager has a gentle vibration. The lumbar support is superb and fully adjustable. Overall, a fantastic chair.

I haven't had any issues with it going sideways, like some people mentioned in their reviews.
The only things I wish were a little different are, first, I wish the chair could go up just a bit higher. And second, it would be nice if the seat had a bit more support for my hips.
