Assembling it was relatively straightforward; I'd give it a 5-star rating if it weren't for one of the corners being bent. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after the entire assembly process, and disassembling and returning it doesn't seem worth the effort.

Assembly instructions were unclear. Initially estimate screw placements for brick panels, with a mid-process warning to adjust if alignment issues arise. Igniter didn't work, but using a grill lighter is a workaround. Despite these, it looks good and works well, not bad for the price.

We needed to buy more rocks because the provided bag didn't fill the tabletop as we wanted. Surprisingly, the faux rocks on the outer edge were actually foam, which saved weight but reduced the perceived elegance. The side for the propane tank never lined up properly. Assembly was easy, and starting it up was a breeze. The glass enclosure around the flame is definitely worth the extra cost for added style.

We appreciate the stone-like appearance of the fire pit, and the overall quality is quite good. However, we rated it 4 out of 5 because the lighting instructions presented a contradiction. Initially, we encountered difficulties in getting it to ignite, so we referred back to the instruction manual. The control panel on the fire pit indicated turning the knob to LOW, whereas the instruction book suggested turning it to HIGH. Despite these conflicting instructions, we discovered that holding the knob in the LOW position allowed it to light up just fine.

First and foremost, I conducted extensive research to find the perfect fire pit. We had been using a propane fire pit for many years, and it was time for an upgrade. The U-Max fire pit we ultimately chose looks absolutely stunning! It arrived in three separate boxes, and unfortunately, one of them was damaged during transit by FedEx. I promptly contacted U-Max, and they promptly shipped a replacement box.
Assembling the fire pit was a straightforward process, but it does require a bit of time, so it's best not to rush. Our package included everything we needed, except for an outdoor cover. U-Max's customer service was exceptional, and they ensured that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

The vivid blue glass in the fire area is gorgeous. I'm really pleased with the appearance of the foam substance that simulates faux stone. We searched for a very long period and discovered a ton of subpar goods. Very happy with this product. It is very convenient to use thanks to the drawer for the propane tank. I can't wait to utilize it when the weather is nice.

We've owned the table for a while, and we practically use it every day. The stone in gray is lovely. The fire pit is easy to use and produces a lot of heat. We adore this table to the fullest!
We had a visitor who was interested in seeing our table. They removed the lid and set it in a perilous position without realizing it was made of glass. It was unintentionally toppled over, breaking. The glass broke into larger, blunt-free pieces at least because of the way it is made. It wasn't too bad to clean up

This item is of good quality and a great value for the price. Because they made the screw holes oval rather than tightly round, which provide some wiggle room and make putting together easier, assembly was simple. A few more screws with the label "extra" were provided. The flame is sufficiently strong and steady. To make the fire pan more full, I will personally go out and get more colored rocks, but that is just a matter of preference. Although it won't warm your patio, the heat is intense if you're close by. Instead of buying it as a heater, do so for aesthetic reasons. With the fire pit, I am quite happy.

With this fire pit table, we are quite happy. I appreciate that the wind guard and cover were included and not considered extras because it has a really great appearance and seems to be extremely sturdy. My main worry is that because it is made of all-weather materials, I figured it could withstand being used outside in the rain all year long. (I don't mind taking care of it during the off-season. But according to the manual, it needs to be protected from the elements and kept dry. Of course, we cover the table with a glass top, but I don't want to have to do it each time it rains. It really annoys me, so I would prefer to avoid it. I wouldn’t even care if that shortens its longevity a little bit. It seems to me if they had put a very small drain hole in the bottom of the pan, if any water got in it would drain away and Dry out when the rain ends.

It was obvious what needed to be done and all of the parts and pieces were well indicated. Even though it took me a while to build (approximately 90 minutes), this isn't my area of expertise. I simply kept going and managed to put everything together without any more labor. I am ecstatic beyond words.

This firepit is excellent. It was incredibly simple to put together, and extra nuts and washers were even sent. The metric allen wrench that is provided for assembly is pathetic, but it functions. Buy a gas firepit with a windscreen option instead of one without; it is a significant plus. A gas firepit's flame will be disturbed by even a light breeze. It is a great plus that the screen is included in the unit's pricing! The sliding drawer for the gas tank works well, and the firepit is strong and attractive. The cloth used for the cover is of the highest quality and has also been treated to repel water.

Before choosing this fire pit table, I conducted a lot of research. I adore it so much! Although I think I misplaced the instructions, using the video made assembly rather simple. It exceeds my expectations and is quite sturdy, so I have no problems. My screen porch's remaining wicker will match the brown color. I want to emphasize that everything you require is included. In contrast to other models without, I was really pleased with the black glass top. The glass top is merely another reflective surface that the flame lights can reflect off of, and it looks incredibly high quality for the price. I did add additional fire rocks that had mirrored sides and were more reflective with ocean colors such as clear, aqua, and navy. I also liked how large the flame area is. This one was actually double the size as compared to lesser priced fire pit tables. I'm going to really enjoy this when I move into my new home because it will take the chill out of the air.

all the things we want. Great pricing and excellent design. No pieces were damaged or missing when our arrived in two crates. An FYI on the four silver screws. They should be saved for when you install the fire box since the glass cannister rests on them when the insert is removed while burning, leaving them exposed. It just so happened that I knew it beforehand. We adore the table.

Fantastic campfire, which my husband spent a few hours assembling. On top of the blue glass that comes with the fire pit, we added reflected blue fire glass, and it looks fantastic. adore it

Instead of the three boxes that were listed, it came in just two. We heard a sound like loose glass coming from one of the boxes as we were moving them from the front door to the garage, but we assumed it was the stone and didn't give it much thought. When we eventually assembled a few weeks later, we discovered that the noise we had initially thought to be loose glass was actually the top glass. When I contacted the vendor, they promptly shipped a replacement item.
Overall, assembling the fireplace was simple, and the delivery company's reckless handling is probably what caused the broken glass piece.
The only negative is that even at a low flame, you can hear the gas. This probably won't be that big of an issue if we play some music or have friends over, but when it was just my husband and myself it was quite noticeable.
