Q: Is it a resin wicker or regular wicker?
A: The furniture is made of hand-woven PE rattan, this weather-resistant material has high tensile strength, crack resistance, and long service life.

Q: Is this easy to clean??
A: I think yes, the cover is removable, and I just used a clean wet cloth and spray cleaner to wipe my wicker and covers down and they are fine, so I don't think it would be terribly hard to clean.

We like the set. It was difficult to figure out the first step- a YouTube video to go to would have made it easier. The rest was easier to do. The seating would be better if it were 5 inches thick. It is comfortable the way it is but it would be great at 5inches. Overall nicely done with labeling of fasteners and tools.

Ordered the 5 pieces to fit my the other set, I chose these to use inside as were an autism household and kid soaks our furniture with water play. I'm very pleased that this furniture gives off no chemical scent and has normal couch dimensions so my over 6 foot spouse can comfortably enjoy the set. My favorite part is the foot stool and chair, they are comparable to the regular couch seats in size and the comfy stool makes them awesome. The tables look great too. Thank you.

I love this set! I looked for about a week for the right set, and this one is so comfortable. It’s time consuming to assemble, but easy. I split it up into two days. Part of me wishes the back of the chair was just a little bit taller, but comfortable nonetheless. The pull out ottomans are a huge plus since as you can see, we’re limited on space. Be aware the set will arrive in two boxes. Definitely recommend!

Can you deliver my order to PO Box?
We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If cancelled on the same day you will not be charged for any processing fees. However, if you cancel your order at any point after the same day period, do not accept your cancelled package from FedEx (sometimes RTS requests fail), as you will also be responsible for returning the package.
