I can’t even be truthful about how I like this item. Ordered in April, delivered in May not super long for shipping initially. Could tell from one of the three boxes we received one of the items was damaged, it looked like a forklift went through it. While I know this is not the fault of Homrest we were bummed and emailed in, unfortunately they would NOT send a new part until I unpacked everything from each box to tell them what items were damaged, made sense I suppose but I’m thinking none of the other boxes are damaged and now I have to pull out all of these items and then repack them unless I want a mess lying around until the new part comes. Fine whatever I guess I had to do it, so we do. Send them the picture and they stated they were out of that part and had to manufacture it and that would take some time. This part took a few weeks and came to us on a wagon from China (it was slow). Great the part arrives and we instantly start putting this together, we wanted to use it right away. We tear everything apart and begin going through directions and comparing things… THEY SENT THE WRONG PART FROM THE WAREHOUSE! Are you joking me?! We instantly email. We were furious. They apologize of course it’s what every company does when they are wrong, they said they will have that warehouse ship out another piece promising it will be the correct part. Fast forward to July 10th, today. I have been emailing back and forth with them the last few days asking what is taking the part so long to get here, it’s been almost 2 months mind you, they say oh the courier lost it. We will have the warehouse manufacture this piece and send it back out to you. Seriously?! Again?! This is a popular piece that just can’t seem to say on the shelf I suppose…I’m furious at this point, I request half of my funds back off the purchase price for purchasing a product in April and now it’s July and I’m still unable to use. They reply and say we can give you $20. I’m instantly taken back and feel as though I’ve been insulted beyond measure. $20 really? That’s all my troubles are worth to you, surely you can do better than that but that’s fine I know where I stand with this company, I will never order again from them. I say all of this, they reply okay $30. I asked them to just stop. They have insulted us with offering $30. We HAVE WAITED MONTHS FOR THIS AND WE LIVE IN MICHIGAN WHERE THE WEATHER IS ONLY WARM LESS THAN 6 months. This whole thing has been a joke and I pray it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Fast and free shipping! Great assembly instructions. High-quality! The only thing that needed to be upgraded was the stuffing in the cushions up that you lean your back on. But the size of those cushions are the same as a standard pillow, so it was easy to upgrade those with a sturdy, thicker standard size pillow! Absolutely loving this deck. Recommend it to anyone.

It looks okay, but the back is really low and the back cushions it comes with are not thick at all, you can feel the back frame when sitting back. Cushions are so light the even a tiny bit of a breeze blows them all over the yard. Not worth purchasing even walmart has better quality for the same/cheaper price.

This sectional was delivered quickly and arrived in 3 large boxes. The assembly was straight forward and took about 3 hours doing by myself. It's sturdy and durable. Similar sized sectionals I looked at were a lot more money, I'm pretty happy with this. If I were to nit pick, the cushions aren't as "nice" as some others I've seen but they are totally fine. I also wish there was an option to buy a cover for this, but I found one on amazon for about $30. Overall it's a great buy.

Fit our space perfectly and looks high end. However we have needed to do a lot of modifications for it to become comfortable. The cushions are a bit slippery so i added a nonslip mat under the cushions. It is now perfect and comfortable.

Received our new furniture and was surprised on how nice it is. Takes a while to assemble, but definitely worth the time. The furniture is a bit on the smaller side, but I am 6’1” and I’m comfortable on it. Would recommend

Beautiful set! It was easy to put together (did it mostly myself in a few hours) and fits our back patio perfectly. The feet are a little lacking but that’s not a huge deal. The back cushions could be fluffier but nothing a few throw pillows can’t fix. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase.

This is a better quality than most of the furniture of this caliber. It even looks more expensive with the marble wicker pattern verses the plain plastic brown you see everywhere. This is thicker and actually resembles wicker. The cushions are thicker and WAY more comfortable to sit on for periods of time.

Shipping was super fast! I received one of the boxes one day and asked the seller where the other two boxes were and the response was fast and amazing. Great seller. The sofa section is of a good quality, however one of the screws on the ottoman was misaligned and we could drill a hole but decided not to. No scratches or rips on the wicker part, table is also very sturdy and I like that it’s not a glass top (kids in the house). Assembly took about an hour or less for everything. One part though is the cushions are very slippery, so I had to attach self sticking velcro to each cushion to prevent it from sliding down. Otherwise, I love this set a lot!! Definitely recommend it!

Exactly what I was looking for. Most sectional sets have glass table top. This is not glass and prefect! The sofa is comfortable. I like how you can level the legs. I can not comment on the assembly, I did not do it myself. But very happy with my purchase!!

This is a nice set, it was easy to put together with two people assembling it.

The set is attractive looking on my patio. It was easy to assemble, although not 100% of the screws and holes lined up.

This set ite pretty decent , I like the fact that you can re arrange how you like and it comes with clips to keep them together or separate.

It's gonna take time but the end results is worth it. Love our outdoor furniture.
