Good set. a few scratches. No issues with construction, but make sure to leave some slack in the bolts. After assembling the entire component, go back and tighten it to ensure that the holes line up. Only the ottoman cushions have toggles; the chair seats do not. While the seat cushions are excellent and firm, the back cushions are thin.

Although it was a rocky start with missing parts and shipping issues, which was not the fault of the company, but, the shipper's misunderstanding. The company was very responsive and quick to reply. They ensured my order was completely fulfilled & I was satisfied. The set is perfect. It took time to assemble. The set is sturdy and higher quality than I expected. The cushions are great and comfortable. I have recommened it to my friends. It sets the ambiance to a zenful atmosphere. I LOVE It! My company was amused with the reclining chairs.

Really pleased with my patio furniture. This was the ideal set for me—it had a couch, footrests, and a dining-height table. Although it took me roughly five hours to assemble and one of the couch's screw holes wasn't aligned, I'm happy with the outcome. This set is superior to other comparable sets because all of the cushions have zippers, and I adore the color. I purchased scotch guard, but the material already has a somewhat plasticized, rough feel to it that suggests it was intended for outdoor use. After washing one of the coverings, it turned out perfectly.If there are any drawbacks, I would say that the table top—which is made of synthetic wood—should be glass.

It's just what I needed. It's adorable, well-made, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It was assembled by me. Even though it was "easy" to assemble, doing it by yourself took three to four hours.

Keeping it short but real.i just installed a 10x14 Gazebo by Cordova/Discovery many many parts and hardware. Took some time but instructions were 100 percent and easy to follow. That being said , I felt this patio set would be simple. If not for the skills I have, I would have sent it back. The bolts are made of somekind of soft metal. The heads stripped out very easily. On the couch, the upper bolt that goes on each side is a 1/4 inch too short. Had to go to hardware store and use a longer nut and bolt. Was missing both backrest item D on the recliners. Took over 2 weeks to get the. One fit but the other i had to drill out the mounting bracket holes so the bolts would go through. Half size too small. All of these problems could be resolved with some quality control. The actual quality of materials will remain to be seen. Seems sturdy and comfortable for the price. I'm not sure where the good reviews for this product came from unless my luck is just that terrible........

For the price, this is a great set. My items came in 3 boxes. 2 arrived one day. I contacted the company unaware that there would be a 3rd box. They were quick to respond. I had no trouble putting them together. I did use an allen wrench attachment for my drill. Do yourseld a favor and get the attachment or it will take a long time! This made it 1000 times faster! The quality is good for the price. There were a few pieces of the rattan that were broke probably during transport. Nothing that took away from the aesthetics. It is very comfortable. My only complaint is the cushions. They are thin. For the price though, to be expected and can easily be replaced after a year or so.

I can't say enough about the prompt customer service! The shipment came in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, a couple parts were missing. Despite this setback, customer service was excellent in replying & had the parts expedited. I'm happy to say the assembly was easy. The set is beautiful and the quality is very nice for the cost. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for structurally but the reclining chairs sealed the deal...and they are awesome. All in all a nice quality. I'm excited & looking forward for my future seasons of entertaining with friends and family.

This was not simple to assemble. I'm not good that that sort of thing so I paid my brother to do it for me. He's very good at putting things together and it took him a LONG TIME. There were extra instructions for parts that weren't included and some extra parts making it confusing. However, once it was done, it's a really nice set of furniture. We're pleased in the end but if you're not handy, I'd purchase something already assembled.
