I had some difficulty assembling it, but that was my own fault for attempting to do so in the grimy garage. It was a headache to raise it up on some boxes because I didn't want to put it on the floor where it would get soiled. Before giving it to my brother, I tried it out, and it's really comfortable. I like that you can change the chair's height and recline. My brother also like it.
