The only issue I have encountered so far is the seat is not quite level to the floor going side to side. The left side of the seat is a fraction lower. It is noticeable but not a major issue. The massage function is sufficient for basic needs. The heat function seems average. Takes a while to feel the warmth. Delivery was prompt. So far I am very pleased, but it is still fresh out of the box.
