About a month ago, my wife and I purchased and put these together. Using our own tools, we found the assembly to be simple and uncomplicated (which I'm sure made it easier). The furniture is lovely. Given that I weigh 300 pounds and can use it without breaking, it must be fairly well constructed. On our terrace, it looks quite beautiful.

I received a message from the manufacturer asking me to notify them immediately if anything was missing or broken so they could fix it. Everything arrived in the two boxes. Good of them.

The furniture isn't as "tiny" as some people have claimed. The chair does, however, sit lower to the ground than your sofa or dining room chairs, so if you're over 40, be ready to groan embarrassingly when getting up. The cushions are thick, and the fabric seems more elegant than I had anticipated. One back cushion was missing from my set. I hope customer support responds! This outdoor set is great, in my opinion. If you're on the fence, go for it!

We are delighted with this purchase. The cushions are long-lasting, it was quite simple to put together, and it appears to be well-built. We had one damaged component in one section; I wrote customer service, attached a photo of the piece, and received a response within 24 hours (they would be sending a replacement piece). The couch is one section short in the picture, but my kid adores it anyhow!

My only criticism is that the backrest is too short; it looks quite little, but once you're seated, it feels comfortable. The bottom is incredibly supportive! My husband is 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds, and when he sat down, the seat didn't move. As of now, so nice! I wonder how long they will survive because the fabric has a few frayed spots, but because I'm a sewer, replacing the pillows or covers isn't a big bother. It fit my budget just right!
