First, I went to the website to shop. All over the website it says get 5% off why your first order. That didn’t happen. I entered my email. I never got the discount. I made the order. I never got the discount. I emailed support and they said they would give me a discount. They gave me the discount. I put the table together. It is not easy. Do not tighten any of the bolts while you assembling. Just get them in the holes and tightened afterwards. We put the table outside and I went to put on the weather cover. From the underside of the weather cover, I could see that there were holes all over it. Small tiny holes, which lets all the moisture through the cover. It doesn’t make any sense because it’s plastic coated. I contacted customer service and they stated that they “asked the production experts and the covers are perforated because of the material. If you want waterproof performance, we suggest you buy a cover by yourself.” I said that was ridiculous, and they offered me a 10% refund. But in the end, they only gave me 5%……….

This item is beautiful, easy to put together and the size is perfect.

Ikea type assembly instructions are ok, not great.I had to place the burner assembly on the deck, then the base on top THEN with a helper turn the entire pit over to secure it with screws and to guide the control box into place. After that, a piece of cake. REALLY like the appearance and that it came with a black cover. Been using it frequently!

Love this table fire pit. I wanted a nice table that doubles as a fire fit and this one is perfect. It does arrive in THREE boxes. Mine arrived on separate days so don't be nervous if the shipping is split. I contacted the company directly from Amazon and they reassured me that another box "A" would be delivered the next day and it was, indeed! Takes some time to put together remember to add the ignitor box on the outside, we made that mistake - you'll need to feed the switch box back into the table after the table is assembled. Excellent table - don't forget the batteries for the ignition box. The glass top is beautiful. The cover is a big plus. So nice and sturdy!
