"The Esright recliner by HOMREST is great! I gave it to my aunt as a gift. She said that it is the most comfortable chair that she has ever had! It reclines, swivels, massages, and has a heating feature. She watches television in it, reads in it, drinks her coffee in it because it has (2) cup holders, and even sleeps in it. After staying in this chair almost non-stop for several months, she felt that there was a "leveling" issue at the bottom of the chair. I contacted HOMREST's customer service. They were courteous and friendly and within a couple of days sent a free replacement for the bottom of the chair. Also, as a bonus they sent a new arm rest. I highly recommend this chair, and for the price, the quality is outstanding."

"This recliner arrived in two boxes, and was easy to assemble. It can be seen that HOMREST has put a lot of thought into packaging. The color compliments my family room well, and the fabric will hold up nicely. The padding on the arms is amazingly plump, and will last for years.Leah Ye , from customer service, was a delight to work with because I had a few questions. We may buy another chair when Father's Day rolls around so my husband will stay out of mine."
