PROS: Nice woven material. It is sturdy. Rocks easily without much effort. Seat cushions are thick and a little over 2 1/2” thick. Covers have zippers for each section to remove the foam so you can wash the seat cushions. Back is plenty high. Reclines by lifting the side handle and pushing back on the backrest. It locks in place in multiple positions. To release this you use the handle again. The recline is hydraulic and is smooth to use. Arm rest are comfortable.
CONS: Took an hour to assemble, I had to remove a section because I had it on backwards. The directions are hard to follow. They do offer a video but I didn’t use it. So it might have been easier to assemble if I watched the video.
COMMENTS: Super comfortable shape with or without cushions. In the photos are a 5’ 10” 175 pound male and a 5’ 2” woman (weight unknown lol). It does have a smell of plastic that isn’t too bad. I am sure it will go away and you would not even notice it outside. One of the best parts is it is easy to rock. I will be actually using this indoors to rock my infant granddaughter and when I don’t need it for that anymore I will move it outside on a covered porch. You don’t have to force it back and forth it just smoothly goes. To rock you do need to be in upright position or a small recline. While laying out flat you can’t really rock it. While sitting upright you are at a perfect relaxed position. This is not a straight upright position chair, the back is at a slight angle but super comfortable. If your up in the air about an outdoor rocker I would highly suggest this.

This rocker really rocks back. Thankfully there are stops on the bottoms that keep you from turning over backwards. And if you use the full recline option you will need them. There are three recline positions. The first two are nice, but the third (which we expected to be a lay flat option) actually puts your feet higher than your head. I've included pictures of all of the recliner positions. The seat cushion is a little stiff, but still comfortable. I really like that the custom is one piece and removable. The chair is comfortable and my teenage daughter has tried to claim it as her designated seat. We will use this chair in our sunroom until the weather warms up and then use it on our deck. It is sturdy and apart from the full extension position we really like it.

These chairs were so easy to put together I did it within 15 minutes (I am 77) so if I can anyone can. Back and head cushion really nice seat cushion a little hard but that is fine. Just love these chairs

I was really hesitant to purchase a chair online due to the complex and lengthy installation steps. However, after getting this chair I'm now convinced that it isn't bad after all purchase a chair online.
Installation:
Surprised to see how easy it is to install the chair. The instructions were pretty clear with clear marking for each and every part. Total installation involves less than 5 steps and took no longer than 30 min to install. Was able to install it myself with no help and no tools needed. The required tools for installation are included within the package.
Chair:
The chair has resort style settings and layout and says for outdoor use but it doesn't hurt to use this chair for indoor purposes as well if you wish to and I plan to use it for indoor purpose. Has good lumbar support with the provided cushioning. Has a side arm to place things.
Cons: The layout can be improved since, if you only want the leg portion to be up but not the back portion leaned it wouldn't be possible. The back and front are proportional and would only work together. That's the only part I disliked in the chair.

I had a small problem the zip ties that hold the cable to the cylinder were broke during shipping once I fixed it the chair works great and I love my chair.it rock's and recliners just the right size for a small short person I give it a 10

the rocker showed up earlier than they said it would! I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how solidly it was put together. Putting it together took a bit of time, but it wasn't too hard. Just make sure you follow the instructions and don't tighten the bolts until they're all in place. Once they're all in, go back and give 'em a good tightening.

The chair is comfortable. The incliner does not raise your legs as high as the pictures implied. This is disappointing. The recliner does not lock; the slightest push on the back and you are reclined and inclined. Overall it is a decent chair for the price. However, my adult son that is a mechanic, said it was a pain to assemble and the provided instructions passable. Additionally, the tools provided were not sufficient to get the bolts tighten enough. If you used your own tools you will need metric sizes.
