The original delivery date was set for 10 days out, but to my surprise, it arrived in just three days. FedEx delivered the package late on Thursday night, but it wasn't in a fire table box, marked as 1/3 as expected. Amazon's tracking showed only one package delivered. I reached out to FedEx, but there was no response. Amazon had me contact the seller. The seller responded the following morning with, "Oh yes, there is another box, and it will be there today." It eventually arrived, hooray!
Assembling it was straightforward and even turned into a good team-building exercise.
Assembly tip: DO NOT fully tighten the caster wheel to the frame. It serves as the support wheel for the propane. Wait until you've assembled it to set the height. I still haven't found the time to fix this yet.

Initially, I received a brown wicker fire pit, and I was quite disheartened because I had diligently searched and fallen in love with a grey stone one that perfectly matched the aesthetic I had envisioned. However, I reached out to arrange an exchange because I wanted to retain the great price I had obtained during Prime Days. The customer service was exceptional. They promptly shipped out the replacement before I returned the original fire pit. I packed it up, and FedEx collected the old one. The entire process took just about a week to complete, resulting in me receiving the correct item.
Putting it together consumed approximately 3.5 hours of my time, but I must say it was well worth it. Although I haven't had the chance to ignite it yet due to the scorching 98-degree weather, I'm planning to do so this weekend to test it out. I absolutely adore it and couldn't be happier!

Even though I haven't ignited the burner yet, I already adore it! There are a few assembly nitpicks, but generally, I'm really happy with this fire pit. I think it's really gorgeous, and I'm looking forward to watching it with my best friend/wife sitting next to me, a drink in my hand, and some music playing. The assembly and the nits. The positioning of one of the rock panels was a little difficult, and one piece had incorrect labeling. Advice: If you're putting this together for yourself, center the rock panel on the frame from left to right before attaching it to the side where the gas bottle is because the pre-drilled holes did not line up at all.

First of all, I spent a lot of time researching the best fire pit. It was time for an upgrade after using our propane fire pit for many years. The option we chose looks AMAZING! It comes in two distinct boxes, one of which was harmed by FedEx before reaching us. After I contacted them, they sent another box out right away.
Although the fire pit was simple to assemble, it does take some time, so take your time. With the exception of the exterior cover, everything is included with ours (Gray Faux Stone). The customer support team went above and beyond to ensure that we were delighted with our purchase.

The quality and aesthetics of this fire pit have me extremely happy. After extensive online searching, I eventually discovered this model, which was actually less expensive than some of the alternatives I was contemplating. The artificial stone on this closely resembles my actual stacked stone wall. Instead of having a line run to a separate housing for the tank, I like that the propane tank is kept inside the table, making it a little taller. I was also pleasantly pleased by the amount of heat this produced. made a significant distinction on a frigid night. It is used on a covered patio outside.

Such a great fire table. It is really well crafted and simple to put together. Although you can ignite it with a lighter, the automated ignition occasionally doesn't function very well. The only issue I had was delivery; be aware that it can arrive in two shipments spaced a week apart. A good product overall.

This backyard fire pit included every feature I was looking for. A cover that transforms the tank into a coffee table, easy access to the tank, and a glass windshield. Although I wish they had another model of this with a metal cover or something less delicate, the glass top is extremely wonderful. But because the glass is strong and tempered, I anticipate it will survive for a very long time.

Due to the fact that this firepit cost far less than comparable ones at hardware and home improvement stores, we were a little apprehensive to purchase it. We chose to take a chance, though, because we liked the appearance and the fact that it included all the extra accessories we were searching for (rocks, a glass cover for the burner, a waterproof fabric cover for the entire unit, and the wind shield).

I must say that it exceeded my expectations! They only provide one tracking number because it arrives in three separate shipments, so when it said it had arrived but all I received was the glass guard, I was a little worried. However, the company quickly responded with an email and two additional tracking numbers, and all three boxes arrived on schedule and one after the other. Everything was packaged extremely well, but because the top is made entirely of glass and has a glass opening attached to the side bar, you should be careful to place it flat. I'm glad my husband is handy because he had to drill holes when assembling the unit because some of the holes did not match.
