We were pleasantly surprised. All four boxes arrived at the same time. Everything was pretty much well labeled. The hardware was there and nothing was damaged. Even though when the box came it did look like a couple of the edges were in pretty rough shape. Everything was packaged well. When we started putting it together I had reservations about the sturdiness. The wicker seemed very flexible but once we put everything together and set on it I didn't feel wobbly or insecure at all. We're not obese but we're not skinny either so under average weight it felt good.
Make sure you measure because we didn't realize how big the set was until it was out in our lanai. Probably a little bigger than we wanted it to be but you just couldn't beat the price.

This patio set is a great buy! It is sturdy and well made. The only downfall is the cushions aren't that comfortable, but that's was a easy fix with additional throw pillows. I would recommend!

Due to delivery violence, The desk was a bit upended, but the customer service quickly helped me solve the problem and send me replacement in one week.

We received this on Monday which was about 4 days early. It took me about 3.5 hours to put it all together by myself. Instructions were good. There were a couple of loose ends in the weave but a little super glue fixed those. It’s comfortable and seems very well built. Fingers crossed on the durability.

This set is beautiful and so comfortable. Our shipment came in 4, 2 days apart. But everything was nicely packed and my husband assembled it in about 2 1/2 hours. Directions were good and the hardware included some extras.

Did a lot of research to find a set that had comfy seating but also with a table that can be used for dining. This is the set! It took awhile to put together, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t too bad. Color is great. Just what we needed to spruce up our deck!

After some logistic problems with the very heavy boxes delivered with incorrect parts. We got replacements. We paid to have them assembled, and we absolutely love the furniture! The scale is just right for a smaller condo patio. The color is very tasteful Khaki, the pieces are solid, yet light enough to move. We bought some anti-slide drawer plastic to put under the cushions, so that they don't slide. The table is a perfect height for the sofa and chairs. The furniture is comfortable, and the cushions appear durable and sun-worthy. We would recommend them highly.
