I really love it, you know? It's super comfy and gives me all the support I need. The only thing that kinda let me down was the back height. It's not that high, and since I'm a short woman, I can't really throw my neck over the back, you feel me? But hey, overall, it's a pretty good purchase! I totally ♥️ it!

I got this chair because I started working on the computer and my old wooden chair was killing me after a long day. But luckily, I stumbled upon this gem! It's seriously comfy, and the price was pretty reasonable compared to others out there. Setting it up was a breeze, except for the armrest, which gave me a bit of trouble, but nothing I couldn't handle.

The chair was relatively easy to put together. It is comfortable. The only problem was the arm rest on the left side had an issue screwing into the back of the chair. The screw that came with the chair wouldn't work or "catch" on the inside. My son was able to find a larger screw to get it attached. Problem solved!

This chair is super comfy, like a solid 10 out of 10! The massage modes and heating pad are legit amazing. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just a couple of parts that had me scratching my head. Seriously, I'd totally recommend this to anyone, and if I had to, I'd totally buy it again

Comfortable chair. i’ve had two back surgeries and a cervical. I was looking for a chair that was high enough to give me support for my neck and my lower back. I sit comfortably roomy enough to cross my legs on my chair . The heater is definitely the added plus❤️

I had a issue with a metal wire poking through the chair, not electrical wire. The company promptly replied to me and refunded me as it was 1 day over the return policy. The chair is overall comfortable I did not care much for the massage I was hoping for a lumbar heat section.

For the price this chair is hard to beat. The massage function isn't perfect, but it's pretty nice, and it's rare for a chair in this price range. The chair is comfortable and provided me with exactly what I was looking for in a chair for my home office.

This chair is amazing. It reclines so far back that I'll never slouch again. It is borderline a recliner. The massage is really just a vibrate on your lumbar but damn is it a nice little feature. Gonna have that on all day.

I ordered the gray fabric which I really like, as I was always sliding out of my last faux-leather office chair.
I didn't really order it for the vibrating feature so I don't really use it.
I wanted something that I could change my position in during my workday as I have chronic low back pain. The chair is comfortable enough but I still need something to support my lower back, so I continue to use the low back cushion I had on my old chair. I was hoping to not have to use it and that this chair would be more ergonomic than it is, but I find that at it's most upright position it still tilts a little, just enough to prevent me from sitting upright at my desk. The low back cushion I have fills in that gap so I'm able to sit upright and work at my computer. That being said, it's difficult to use the tilt back feature when I have my low back cushion on my chair, so then I have to remove it in order to lay back in the chair.
I haven't had any of the loose screws mentioned in other reviews, and I use my chair 5 days a week for 8 hours. But it's only been about a month and a half that I've had the chair.

This chair was very easy to put together. It's very comfortable and I love the different massage choices for my back. I would say the 2 main issues with it are: the leg rest doesn't feel very sturdy and the control arms for moving up and down or reclining are pretty far down and hard to find. I've only had this for a day but I am very pleased with the comfort.

The recliner and massaging remote are great features and makes his work from home life that much more comfortable. He was so excited to throw out his old worn out work chair. The chair is built strong and can be conformed into many different comfortable angles, plus there's no sweating with the thick breathable fabric. I always feel great after I've used the chair. I definitely recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time seated.

This chair is comfortable and it looks good. The pull out footrest slides out easy. The full recline is really comfortable as well. The assembly was slightly bit more work than other chairs but I appreciate the fact that instructions were easy to follow and that they include an allen key with a grip that makes it so much easier to use than the usual L shaped ones. I think it's worth its price.

I love my chair. It’s so comfortable and I would recommend this chair to anyone. It’s fabric is soft and it was easy to put together. The only problem I have is that the wheels don’t roll so well but other than that, it was worth the money!

I ended up giving it to my granddaughter. I am 5ft tall so my feet dangled. It would not go down low enough for my feet to touch the floor. Other than that, it seemed comfortable. I was able to put it together BY MYSELF in about 45 minutes. I’m 75 and have limited hand strength so a much younger and able bodied person could probably have done it quicker.

Very disappointed. Description says multiple massage points. They don't mention there are only 2 vibrating points, not massagers, which you you have to position manually, and they slide down out of position very quickly when In use.
Other then that, it's very sturdy and the foot rest and recliner is very comfortable and it definitely lives up to 300lb capacity.

This chair is awesome! I’m 5’9 240. I use the lowest seat height and it works out great. I wouldn’t say this chair is for someone over 350lbs and maybe 5 foot. The high back almost makes me fall asleep it’s so comfortable! It rolls on carpet. I’ve had the chair for two weeks and I can work 8 hours no issues.

The arms are a little loose but otherwise this chair is amazing. It’s very classy, the massage is a vibration but it’s nice and I really love the foot rest. The biggest thing is just how comfortable it is. It took me about 20 mins to assemble and was very easy to do. I think this was an excellent purchase and a great price. Most executive chairs are much higher priced without any of the additional features. I sit for about 8 hours a day and I have zero issues with the chair so far.

This is a wonderful chair! I can't sing its praises high enough! First of all, it's the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in.The cushions were very supportive and held my weight very well; I am not one of those petite, only eating salad ladies. I got some heft and this chair took it like a pro. It was also very easy to assemble for person with only the tools provided. The only drawback was that it only came in the most basic black. But, I was able to find cute, inexpensive covers for it on amazon and now it can have any color or pattern I want on it without breaking the bank. Best Chair Ever! Aside: It can handle so much weight that I ended up giving it to my brother who struggles with chairs he feels comfortable in. He loves it , too! But now I have to get a new chair.

I'm a chunky guy. Almost 250 pounds now. Most office chairs, even the "large" or "heavy duty" ones, display a weight limit below what I weigh, and I know I'm not alone in this. I know I need to lose weight, but I need a chair to use to do my job. I'm a programmer, I NEED a computer chair.
