However, I wish it had the rocking feature as well as a USB adapter plug in option for massage and heat features. I was looking forward to plugging it in via USB directly to my desk but this is not an option.

First and foremost I'd like to say that the seller is very prompt when contacted. The box for my chair was severely damaged during shipping. It looked like the carrier had zero care for what happened to my package. Upon opening the box and inspecting everything, the remote for the chair was smashed into several pieces. Then when I was putting the chair together, I got to the very last piece and the wrong screw was in the package. I immediately contacted the seller, and they were more than happy to help me. They sent me the correct hardware kit, and a new remote set for my chair. It is all put together now and working wonderfully!! I couldn't be happier! This chair is insanely comfortable and well worth it!

I have bad RA, fibro and neuropathy issues. The fact that I can put my feet up in a foot rest is beyond amazing and still be comfortable while working. On really hard days the massage feature helps with my back muscles. I am beyond impressed at the features this offered and how it performs after 6 months. Putting together was a little frustrating as it’s like ikea. No directions just letters, but after laying out it went together just fine
