The chair sits very good! I love that it heats too. I hate a leather office chair because you stick and get cold. The fabric on this chair is perfect. Not hot or cold, perfect balance. The color turned out to be better than I was expecting. It is a standard/basic gray, yet it ties in well with my taupe and warmer colors. Definitely glad I picked this color. Also it vibrates and the vibrator and heater will shut off after a period of time which is great for safety. Very good chair for a very good deal… it also only took me 20 minutes to put together. Not hard to figure out.

I have been using this chair for over 6 months and I am super happy with it! It is comfortable, I love the leg holder and the massage option. I usually use a small pillow to additionally support my back (I have done this with any of my chairs in thale past), so I am not bothered by the massage rollers on the back. You can feel them by hand, but I dont think they would bother me even if I didn't use a pillow. The seller is super responsive and willing to help if you need any help, like with instructions how to assemble everything.

The chair was relatively easy to put together. It is comfortable. The only problem was the arm rest on the left side had an issue screwing into the back of the chair. The screw that came with the chair wouldn't work or "catch" on the inside. My son was able to find a larger screw to get it attached. Problem solved!

Comfortable chair. i’ve had two back surgeries and a cervical. I was looking for a chair that was high enough to give me support for my neck and my lower back. I sit comfortably roomy enough to cross my legs on my chair . The heater is definitely the added plus❤️

I had a issue with a metal wire poking through the chair, not electrical wire. The company promptly replied to me and refunded me as it was 1 day over the return policy. The chair is overall comfortable I did not care much for the massage I was hoping for a lumbar heat section.

This chair is amazing. It reclines so far back that I'll never slouch again. It is borderline a recliner. The massage is really just a vibrate on your lumbar but damn is it a nice little feature. Gonna have that on all day.

I didn't really order it for the vibrating feature so I don't really use it.
I wanted something that I could change my position in during my workday as I have chronic low back pain. The chair is comfortable enough but I still need something to support my lower back, so I continue to use the low back cushion I had on my old chair. I was hoping to not have to use it and that this chair would be more ergonomic than it is, but I find that at it's most upright position it still tilts a little, just enough to prevent me from sitting upright at my desk. The low back cushion I have fills in that gap so I'm able to sit upright and work at my computer. That being said, it's difficult to use the tilt back feature when I have my low back cushion on my chair, so then I have to remove it in order to lay back in the chair.
I haven't had any of the loose screws mentioned in other reviews, and I use my chair 5 days a week for 8 hours. But it's only been about a month and a half that I've had the chair.

This chair was very easy to put together. It's very comfortable and I love the different massage choices for my back. I would say the 2 main issues with it are: the leg rest doesn't feel very sturdy and the control arms for moving up and down or reclining are pretty far down and hard to find. I’d like to add that the shipment was fast and the assembly process was easy and quick with accurate instructions in a booklet with all pieces needed to assembly the chair. It took me approximately 20 minutes to put up both chairs and you can do it alone. It is comfy.
