It didn't cost a lot, and that was a blessing. I wish it was a little more padded, a little higher quality, but again, for the money, it is a very good chair. Haven't tried the heat yet, we'll have to see how that works.

I love the chair, it's very comfortable. The only issue is have with it is that it squeaks terribly. I've tried wd40 but the squeeze seems to be coming from inside the cushion. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas how to fix it? Otherwise it's great

Chair is low quality, cushions are not comfortable, foot rest is a joke, massage feature dose little more than just buzz, one arm is bent, and you sit crooked on the thing, as it leans to one side. I would return it, but would have to disassemble it, and pay to ship it back.
