I love this chair! I'm 5'2" and it is very comfortable. I never ordered anything requiring assembly before. I got a local handyman to put it together. And now I spend most evenings enjoying the vibration massage.

I ordered the chair for my mom who has mobility issues. It came in two boxes and was easy to assemble. The remote control made it very easy for my mom to raise and lower her legs, recline the back, etc. I felt the chair was very affordable, too. It was very comfortable for Mom and she loved the look of it.

Bought this for my aunt who’s in an assisted living facility, and she absolutely loves it! She actually falls asleep in this chair more often than her bed, because she says it’s super comfortable. The heat and vibration work well, although maybe a little too strong, as you can hear the vibration through the floor. The lift function works well too. A little slow, but that’s good for a senior citizen. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

For the price, this chair is great overall. My spouse, who is 6.1", received this chair as a gift from me. It seemed much larger on the webpage, and when it was assembled, I was taken aback. It looks lot larger online than it actually is. He likes it as well, and so far the features are working nicely. I wasn't very happy with how flat it rests on the floor either. Definitely not suitable for a large person is this chair.

I love this chair because it's so comfortable ! I'm 80
years old and need to put my feet up . Because of the lift feature I can do that. I've had it about 2 weeks and have already fallen asleep several times while sitting. In it. My arthritic knees are no longer in so much pain and stress as the lift allows me to rise with ease. I'm just wondering
why I didn't buy this lift chair sooner ? At my age quality
of life is everything....Big improvement!
