We purchased a power lift chair and it is clearly not the one advertised. The material is so cheap and cushions are much flatter than in the website picture. The instructions do not match the product. We contacted customer service and they are not helpful. We wish we dug deeper into this company as there are many concerning reviews and seems like a scam. How they can do this to someone who has cancer and about to have major surgery is heartless.

at this point I am very dissatisfied with this product. We received it, put it together and the chair was immediately stuck in the upright position. We contacted support thinking it was the remote. They sent us another remote that is broken, because you can here something broke inside. Chair still does not work. I have contacted them again and have not heard back from them yet. I bought this chair for my husband, who is disabled and has a very rough time getting in and out of his chair. So, like I said, I'm very disappointed in the chair and the fact that the problem has not been resolved to date.

Beautiful chair but took two much younger men over 2 hours to put together. I would only recommend you put non-slip feet on the base. The chair moves too easily. I bought rubber pads and that did the trick.

Still waiting for repair part to make my chair operational. The last message from service@Homrest said it would take 7-10 days to manufacture the parts, then they would be shipped. Meanwhile, the chair cannot be used since the control wires were damaged/stripped from the control box as the chair was being lifted.

My dad loves it so far. It’s barely been a week, so I’m not comfortable giving a full review on it. I will say that I would prefer the cup holders be built into the chair instead of the plastic ones being inserted into the equivalent of a pocket. For an originally priced $800 chair, i did expect more. Though it was marked down to $359, the quality should not have changed.
Hopefully it will remain comfortable and last many years to come.

This chair arrived and was really easy to setup and get working. It’s really sturdy and looks great compared to my other living room furniture. The chair doesn’t make any loud noise when the massage chair feature is running and overall I feel like it’s a good value for the money to have an additional seating for guests plus also for myself after a long day of work to relax in.

This is a fairly attractive chair that is not over sized. Unfortunately is is just a bit short for me at 5'9" . It is not super soft but adequate. I don't think I will be sleeping in this chair except maybe a short nap. The movement and heat is adequite and the side pockets cpome i handy for thig like a remote.

I got this for my elderly mom who is starting to have a little trouble standing as her present. It looks gorgeous! She absolutely loves it. It’s super easy to put together. Is a great price, especially when on sale, also when you consider it’s free shipping. These chairs are super expensive at most furniture stores. The heat and massage are nice features. It has two side pockets for your iPad or books to store and there’s a USB port for charging that’s amazing!

I am not happy with this company. My chair was broken. The hydraulic lift was snapped from metal frame. I’ve been trying for a couple weeks to get a refund and I keep getting the run around. I don’t want the chair. Their latest text last night said they give me a rend but I needed to send the broken one back! I’m not going to pay for shipping back a defective item and asked for shipping labels to be mailed to me. I’m waiting for their reply! I’m elderly and have 3 bulging disks and pinched nerve on spine! Since I have to send back chair for refund I’ll have to hire someone to take it to be returned! This company stinks as far as I’m concerned and I will never make another purchase from their company since the obviously don’t stand behind their product!

They are nice chairs. I ordered them in white after reading some reviews. The White is a very light grey, which is what I was expecting. Matched perfect. I'm 5'6" plus size. The chairs are wider then I needed. I expected a more petite chair. It's soft fabric and the seat is comfortable, not super firm. They don't have a straight back, they have a slight recline. I got them on sale for a great price, added the extra coverage and I will scotchguard them as soon as I can get the dogs out of them. Delivery was great, they arrived 3 days early, with no notice. All in all a great chair on sale

I ordered this chair because I had a stroke a couple of years ago. It appeared like a nice chair when I saw it online. But when it arrived it was a disappointment! I am 6"4" talk and even with the lift to get me up, it still very difficult. The headrest is too low and the USB port doesn't work. When the chair moves up and down, it feels very loose and not built solidly. I need to return it!
