1. Shipping & Address Changes
Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact customer service before the order is dispatched.
After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed directly. If an address correction is required mid-transit, carriers (UPS or FedEx) will charge an address correction fee of $18 per box.
Disclaimer: Homrest is not responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because Homrest items are oversized furniture, cancellations are handled strictly based on the order status:
Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled by the system.
Canceled Before Shipping: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
Canceled After Shipping (In Transit): Only an 80% refund will be issued. Additionally, UPS or FedEx will charge a package interception fee of $18 per box.
"Label Created" Status: Once an order enters this status, it can no longer be canceled directly. You must contact customer service for further details.
3. Returns & Refunds
Key Requirements
Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the order.
Item Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original tags attached.
Authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Policy
Homrest does not offer direct exchanges due to the logistical difficulties of shipping oversized items.
If you ordered the wrong item, Homrest offers 2 solutions:Accept a partial refund from customer service and keep the item.Contact customer service to request a return under the "Non-Quality Issues" policy, then place a new order.
5. How to Handle Specific Issues
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
Immediately contact customer service and provide:Photos of the damaged/wrong item.The item SKU number on the box.The barcode label.The shipping tracking label.
Solutions for Wrong Items: You can keep the incorrect item at a discounted price, or return it for a full refund/correct replacement once tracking shows it is back with UPS/FedEx.
Solutions for Damaged Items: Depending on the severity, Homrest will offer a part replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Lost Packages
If the provided address was correct: Check your surroundings, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it is still missing, contact Homrest with your order and tracking number. They will open a lost package claim with the carrier (investigation takes about a week) and assist you.
If the provided address was incorrect: Homrest is not liable for the loss.
6. Warranty & Support Contact
Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (excludes manual damage, misuse, or damage caused by logistics/severe weather).
Price Matching: Prices fluctuate based on the market. Homrest does not offer refunds for price differences.

It was fairly easy to put together. The cushions are thinner than pictured. The framing is not as strong as others I’ve had and sat on. The cup holders are flimsy plastic and probably won’t last a year. When you lay it down for a bed, the clips to snap into place are a thin plastic. I hope I get a good 3 years but I doubt it. I can’t return it because I paid someone to put it together and I’m sure not going to pay someone to take it apart.

Fairly easy to setup two people needed I was only shorted 1 nut and the plastic end caps some fitted and most were sloppy no big deal but I have to say it is comfortable and this is the first time I ever bought one so for this experience I thank you and I would recommend this product for people to try.

We like this swing. It was easy to assemble and is a nice size. My only complaint is the cushions are too short in the leg area. They don't come out far enough to keep my legs from being uncomfortable against the bottom bar of the swing. If I reverse the cushion so the top part is under my legs it is ok. The swing is a nice addition to our front porch

Putting it together and there are no holes on the one side of the metal bar that holds the sides so we can't screw the side on. Now the pieces are in our living room. Not happy. Picture looks nice if we could put it together!

It took me about 2 hours to put it together with just having back surgery 3 weeks prior. Follow the directions with no problems. Seems pretty sturdy, looks just like the picture. We like swinging in it at night, until the mosquitoes come out.

I love this swing! The weight limit is plenty high, my husband and I can sit on it with our 30 pound dog with no worries. I love that it lays back, it's perfect for laying out and watching the view. The cup holders are very sturdy and pretty big! The cushions don't attach, but they stay on when you sit or lay on it so it's not a big deal. We prefer to bring them in every day any way. The canopy is very nice too! Overall it's a very lovely swing, and I'm going to enjoy our yard a lot more now.

My great aunt had a covered swing in her backyard under the apricot tree. As a child, I loved swinging while eating some of the apricots we picked for aunt Fay to make her preserves. The disappointment is in the color which l thought was a bright royal blue. If you look at the saying- it is definitely navy blue-,a much darker blue. Wish l could switch my cushions.

I'm extremely pleased with the porch swing I received from homrest. The frame appears rugged and was scratch free. I would say assembly was about a nine out of 10. Canopy and cushions are very nice. They are comfortable and they appear to have a very good waterproof, sturdy covering. The only problem I had was that there was a semicircular brown plastic piece that allowed the back section to fold down into a bed. It was broken when I received it and I know most homeowners could not fix it, even if they received a replacement piece, because the plastic piece is riveted onto the seat frame. As I suspected, a homrest customer service person said it would really not affect the operation of the folding back, And I believe that. They did offer me a $60 credit for my trouble, and quite surprisingly that was deposited into my bank account the next day! This is very good customer service. If I get the opportunity to order from them again, I will not hesitate to do so. If I had to make a suggestion, I would say that the back cushions should have velcro attached to their back sides so that they do not move around so much when in use. I think I can do that so that's not going to be a big problem.

I didn’t get a chance to sit on it yet so I can’t comment on how it sits if there would be any negative about the the swing it would be that the cushions look a little thin but there again I didn’t get to sit on the swing yet.the person that I bought it for like it very much

This swing is really wonderful. It can be put together by one person, but having two makes it much easier. We don't utilize the bed feature, so I can't say much more than it's a good tool to have. The seats appear to be composed of good quality cloth with sturdy stitching.
