Very slow delivery

First, this is an amazing chair and is super comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 is the foot rest. I wish it was able to lock in place. I am being SUPER picky…….so please understand the rest of the chair is 5/5 stars.

I'm really enjoying this chair. The little pull out foot rest is nice because I have a tendency of sitting on my feet and the foot rest takes care of that problem

I purchased this faux leather chair for an office desk, which will be used mostly by myself but also by several others in my absence. I wanted a larger, wider chair as the former one was digging into the sides of my legs. I ordered it on a Friday, and it was delivered Monday - very quick. The shipping package is fairly compact and was well packed - nothing damaged. Set up took 40 minutes solo with the included hex key. Instructions are very easy to follow and they include a video for those like me who are visual learners. Extra hardware included - bonus. Chair feels firm but doesn't feel too stiff. It's wider and roomy. The wheels roll nicely so moving around is easy. The leg/foot rest is a very nice feature. Easy to pull in and out. I doubt I will be reclining with the leg rest out but the option is there. I did have a knee replacement late last year so stretching my leg out is something I need to do regularly, so it's nice to know I can do so in this chair. The arms are nicely padded but fixed, so no adjustment. The chair fits under my desk well with the height of the chair in the highest position. It does not raise as high as my former chair, but I'm fine with that. The cost of this chair to what you get is pretty amazing. 5 Stars from this guy.

Great chair, it was a nice gift from my hubby! Love it, the massage is a plus and the foot rest! It’s a fancy chair. Good support and has wiggle room while working. Assembly was pretty easy.

This chair is very comfortable and ideal for work from home. I had an accident a few years ago and have achy back, but the chair helps elevate the pain due to its heating capabilities. The foot rest and recliner is the icing on cake! I love love love it that I bought another one for my sister.

The chair is extremely comfortable, but the area that the arm rest is supposed to be nailed in was put in backwards, so the arm rest is unable to be screwed in due to not having any grooves in the opening. Also, the massage function only vibrates, it does not actually massage any area.

After a rough start, with a leg that did not fit, the company made it right and sent me a replacement. I do remote work, so I sit at my desk a lot. The massage is great. You can set it and put it on a timer for 15 or 30 minutes. The chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. I would recommend this chair.

I love this chair. It is very comfortable. I work from home and I have to sit for long hours and the chair is comfortable and support my back. Easy to assemble.

I was surprised at the quality of this chair! It was even nicer than I thought it would be. It was really easy to put together and is very comfy! I haven’t tried the heat or massage features yet so I can’t speak to that.

So thrilled with this reclinable massage chair. I'm sure it's great for the office but I bought it for my husband to use while watching TV. Received this chair in less than a week after I ordered it. My husband and I put it together in less than 45 minutes. The instructions were very easy and all all the parts were coded with letters for easy assembly. Very happy with the chocolate brown color, size and the quality of this chair. One of the cool things about this chair is that it is a decent size and yet small enough to fit through the bedroom door. So whether we are watching TV in the family room or the bedroom, this chair works. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I enjoy PC gaming a lot and wanted a chair I could sit in for long periods of time without discomfort. I previously had a "gaming chair" and found it extremely uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I actually resorted to putting a memory foam pillow on the seat because my rear would start hurting after only a short period of time. This chair has good padding on the seat and back and supports my lower back pretty well. It even has a small leg rest, which isn't the most sturdy feeling, but works pretty well if I want to raise my legs for a while. The armrests have good padding as well and are comfortable to rest my arms on. There is never any plastic touching my body. The chair also looks very good (in my opinion). For reference, I bought the black model. I'm a 5'10" adult man that weighs about 145lbs and I fit comfortably in the chair with quite a bit of room to spare. I feel like a larger person could also fit quite comfortably in the chair, although I might be worried about the sturdiness of the foldout leg rest if I were significantly larger. A feature that I felt was ambiguous before purchasing was the ability of the back of the chair to lean backwards, so I'd like to mention that here. It can lean back VERY far, just like it shows in the pictures on the page. You can lock the chair in ANY angle leaning backward by pushing down a second lever next to the lever that adjusts the chair's height. It is very sturdy in this locked position and doesn't move forward or backward at all once locked. Be careful pushing down this lever because it likes to slam itself down as if its spring-loaded. Not a bad thing, but it surprised me the first time I tried it. I haven't tried the vibration feature yet because I'm not very interested in that and you have to plug the chair into a wall socket and I couldn't be bothered finding an open socket near my desk. Overall, I am very happy with the chair for the price point. I would definitely recommend it.

This chair is far from being a genuine massage chair. Its vibrations are limited to the lower back region. It requires a USB connection for power. Once we completed its assembly, it appeared somewhat uneven in its seating.

When I first got it, the height adjustment cylinder was busted, but no worries, the manufacturer hooked me up with a replacement part, and now it's working like a charm! And let me tell you, this chair isn't overly plush, but boy, is it comfy! I can sit in it for hours on end without feeling the slightest bit uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

As soon as you have your back against the back rest it reclines. Abdolutely unpratical as an office chair.

I purchased this chair to replace my husband's worn-out office chair. He had tried various chairs over the years and never found one that impressed him. Taking a risk, I decided to go with this chair based on its reviews, style, and price. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The chair arrived without any issues, was easy to assemble, looks great, and is incredibly comfortable. Unlike my office chair from Office Depot, which started creaking after a couple of years, this chair is silent and highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this chair is a disappointment. The seat went completely flat within a couple of weeks, need replacement.

I thought my previous office chair was comfortable until I got this one. This chair is extremely comfortable and provides ample height for taller individuals. Being 5'9", it's perfect for me. The assembly instructions are excellent as well. I highly recommend getting this chair; you won't be disappointed! :)

This is a excellent executive chair. It is very comfortable and the massager works. The foot rest will probably never be used because it’s awkward but besides that, it’s worth it. Made a nice addition to my work space.

I like the looks of the chair. Seems very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is a little too large for the space I have in my office room. It butts against some of my other furniture making it hard to get around. I had to return the chair. They were very professional in how they handled it.

Purchased because I thought it would be more fluffy no back support you really have to push yourself all the way back towards the sit to feel the support, the heat it's not strong at all you can barely feel anything the only thing I like about this chair is the extra leg rest very good for ppl who sit with there legs crossed and it was very easy to assemble. The massage balls stay position on your lower back they do not move up or down so it's pointless don't really get any back pain relief that way.

Only one thing that would make it perfect, a little bit wider seat between the armrests since it is made to accommodate heavier and larger people. Other than that, the recipient I bought it for loves this chair.

I bought this for my wife, she has pain on her lower back and she likes this office chair, it allows her to lay down like a sofa and the chair itself has massage and heat-up in the back, it really helps her relief the pain. The product exceeds my expectation and the quality is very decent. I would highly recommend it if you are working from home or sitting on the office chair for long hours.

Took some time to arrive due to delayed shipping in Texas but I did receive it. All parts were there an easy to assemble . Love my chair . Super comfy and supportive. I work 10 hours at desk 3rd shift so it's normally hard on my back . This chair has made my shift so much better and easier to get through .

I ordered this chair to give my wife some back relief at her work from home job and she absolutely loves it. The padding is generous and supportive and the lower back vibrating/heat feature along with good lumbar support is a huge improvement over her old chair. I highly recommend this chair.

I've been looking for an ergonomic office chair to fit into my office. I really wanted a leather chair, but it all seemed too big, and the armrests could not fit into my desk. But this one tho! Size is perfect and the flip-up armrests are space efficient. It was easy to assemble the chair. I had another person helping when I was attaching the armrests on to the seat and backrest though. My legs and spine sit perfectly on the chair. It gives a nice support and very comfortable. I am impressed of its durability! Such a great value of money. The chair itself feels amazing.
