This chaIr was very easy to put together and is sturdy and so comfortable. I can also raise the seat higher than my previous office chair a major plus.

I bought it for my wife she works remotely so there's alot of sitting all day, and the fact that she has lower lumbar pain from time to time the chair has been a game changer for her she loves it. The price and quality two thumbs,if I had the room I'd purchase one for myself.

I actually bought this massage office chair after my wife kept complaining about me hunching over my old chair during long Zoom calls. Best decision ever. The first thing I noticed was how sturdy it feels—assembly was a breeze, maybe 30 minutes tops, and it instantly looked like a high-quality piece of furniture in my home office.
What I love most is how adjustable everything is. The headrest can be tweaked just the way I like, and the seat height and tilt options make it super easy to switch from focused work mode to a quick recline when I need a break. The massage and heating features are a game-changer—my lower back feels way less tight at the end of the day, and on cold mornings, the heat warms up fast and makes working so much more comfortable. Even the footrest has become my go-to for short naps between meetings. Honestly, I didn’t realize how much I needed this upgrade until I had it.

Feels like I am sitting directly on the device in the seat. I have tried to give it time, but haven't had any improvement. Also unless I get out of chair and hold hand to lumbar pad can not tell there is any heat at all.

Don't buy this chair!!! It's very uncomfortable your sitting on the motor for the messager it's very hard, I ordered 2 of them & can't use them!!! Very disappointed.

I purchased this chair because I work from home. It was easy to put together and it’s very comfortable. I have had this chair for 9 months. I put my feet up and use the massage every other day due to back pain and it works excellent. Helps to relieve the pain. Great value .

My sister and I put this chair together in under 20 minutes. We were surprised at how smooth the wheels are—it glides over our hardwood floors like butter. It feels sturdy and looks more expensive than it actually is.
Carlos Gutierrez
I’m a grad student who pulls long nights writing papers. I love how the chair reclines when I need a quick break—the footrest pops out easily and it’s surprisingly comfortable to lean back and stretch out for 15–20 minutes.

Sorry, but as I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, assembling this chair is extremely complication, tons of pieces and parts. I don't know if I could ever assemble it. My son even looked at it, saw all the parts, and said he may try in the future, but it looks like it will take hours to assemble. I really wish it came assembled. Hopefully sometime soon.
Karla
Great chair, easy to put together, great instructions, i will purchase a few more. Great value.
Tracy
The chair is beautiful but VERY uncomfortable. You can feel the internal mechanics when you sit in it. Very disappointing
Michael
Horrible seat cushion with two objects poking under the seat. Extremely uncomfortable.
Luna
Purchased for the office to use, very easy to set it up, the size is great, very comfortable, reclining back easily, the color is not too dark not too bright, right for my need, the tool they give even include a handle, which make the build process happier
Rachel
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, and he’s thrilled with it! He absolutely loves this chair. It’s definitely a gift that checks all the boxes. The adjustable headrest is fantastic, it’s easy to find the perfect height and angle for comfort. The seat height adjustment is a game-changer too, offering a wide range that works perfectly for both me and my son. The lumbar provides excellent support for the lower back, which I really appreciate after long hours of sitting.
