"I received this massage chair yesterday. It is everything I hoped it would be. ABOUT THE CHAIR ITSELF: The size is perfect for my smallish living room (about 320 square feet). The chair is plenty roomy for me (5-7 and 150 lbs). A big reason I bought this chair was for the 4 pockets and cup holders. I have my big screen TV hooked up to a laptop computer. EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The back heater is strong and it CAN BE USED WITHOUT THE MASSAGE FUNCTION. I couldn't be more pleased with this chair. I am blown away that is so ideal for my purposes. AND the price! This is NOT one of those "too good to be true things". I'm sitting in it right now and feeling like I got away with something. Enjoy!"

"I give 4-5 stars for this product. For the price, it is a very well-built recliner. Easy to assemble in 15 minutes. The massage is helping my back's blood circulation with the heat. I was a bit skeptical about the negative review of "only vibration, no massage" from one person. But in my opinion, after many months of chiropractic and medical massage service received for my back pain (due to an auto accident), my back feels hot and itch every time I use the heated massage, meaning my blood circulation was very much better. Yes, so I give five stars on the overall rating. The ivory color looks so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My two little kids (8 and 4 years old) can sit together to watch a movie. And if I happen to move to a new house in a few years, I may purchase more of these again! Ivory color again!"

"I absolutely love this massage recliner. I got it originally to help recover from a 6 week surgery as getting in and out of bed was going to be extremely difficult, especially without help. It ended up coming earlier than expected. About customer service, my first order had a defect on the right arm. Very soon, the email reply and exchange was made. Very effective and the delivery was right in front of my door in a few days only. The customer representative was very responsible taking care of this exchange request promptly. I give 5 stars on easy to assemble and sturdiness after using this recliner for a few weeks so far. I give four stars on comfort just because of the two big massage bumps in thigh area. Other that that, the price, the quality, the comfort are highly satisfactory. Thanks to the company. I have no regret on the purchase."

"I read a lot of reviews before taking the plunge on this chair and rarely write reviews. While I haven't had it that long, I can say the chair meets my expectations as to comfort level. We will see over time if it will be sturdy enough. The assembly was ridiculously easy. I think it took me 5-10 minutes tops. It usually takes me twice as long as what the instruction manual says. It doesn't take up much space. If it holds up well, we may end up getting another one or two. At under $350, I think it is a very good value. There are some reviews discussing putting the footrest down. I will not lie, it does take some effort. But it is not a herculean effort to put it back. I was researching another chair that had an electric recliner and I think it was $750, had no massage, and was much bulkier. For me, I think this massage chair provides good lumbar support for my back!"
