This is a good swing. I chose this swing because the previous owner of my house had hooks spaced 55 inches apart, and I needed a swing that would fit beautifully. The drink holders in the picture have been folded down to keep them from striking the handrailing or home. They may easily be folded up or down by hand. The depth of the drink holders is not particularly significant, but as long as you don't go overboard, they should suffice.Overall, the installation was simple, but I strongly advise having a second person hold and balance the back while the other uses the provided Allen wrench to screw the bottom to the back.There are only three bolts holding the bottom to the rear. The bolts pass through pre-fabricated holes in the rear and into preinstalled rivets on the seat bottom. I couldn't get these to put in straight the first time, which destroyed one of the rivets. If they don't screw in easily, be patient and use the second set of hands to modify the angle of entrance.The bolts on the two sides serve to stiffen it up and hold it together because they have pre-drilled holes in the metal (as opposed to the more delicate rivets).It's worth noting that the rivets gave me a problem the first time, and the seller fixed it by sending me replacement parts.Assembly takes less than an hour (including hanging), and the majority of the steps may be accomplished by one person.Finally, as stated in the description, you will need to purchase additional chain if you intend to hang it from the ceiling. Make sure to acquire a chain that can handle the same weight as the swing (800 pounds), as your swing will only hold the maximum weight of its weakest component (hooks, chains, swing).Overall, the appearance of this swing is appealing, and it has been tested with more over 500 pounds with no problems.

The swing itself is of excellent quality. However, the chains provided for hanging the swing were insufficiently short and had small links that couldn't support the weight of anyone sitting on the swing. A professional installer had to purchase and install suitable replacements, even though we had a standard height front porch roof.

It required some maneuvering to get the two bolts on the top of the back rest into place, but it wasn't difficult to figure out how to begin the threading. For the price, I believe this product is excellent. I would suggest it to family and friends.

This was considerably different from the usual white swings that we receive. However, we adore it to the hilt—especially the cup holders!

The first swing was cut, and the weave was slipping. We contacted customer support, and they promptly sent us a replacement that was in excellent shape. They were quite friendly and did not ask for the first swing to be returned because we sent them images in our initial communication. The second came here in just over a week and in fantastic condition. I am very happy with our new porch swing!

The drink holders' depth may not seem like much, but as long as you don't overdo it, they should be adequate. The bottom is secured to the back with just 3 bolts. Bolts are inserted into pre-installed rivets in the seat bottom through pre-fabricated holes in the rear. One of the rivets got destroyed since I couldn't get these to go in straight the first time. My recommendation for these is to be patient and use the second set of hands to modify the angle of entry if they don't screw in readily.

I'm not a small guy @ 300 lbs and 6' 2" its hard to find swings and chairs that will hold me. This swing not only is tall enough but strong enough to hold me and my 230lbs friend with no worry.
