I’d actually give it 4.5 stars for quality and customer service.
The only thing I’d change is the fabric of the sling part because it holds the water when it rains, and I might add Velcro strips to hold the cushions in position. I’m a bit leery about the plastic supports for the side trays. So far so good though. It’s a good product.

Works great with an easy setup. Completely is advertised. I love it and have now given it as gifts. Will continue to buy this great product. Just getting a lot of use in my backyard. Very comfortable. My kids love it too. A nice Shady spot.

The canopy has five small holes in it,and the left side arm didn't line up properly,so I had to zip tie it. Other than that I like it.

The best thing about this Patio Swing is the tremendous customer support I received from Homrest. I had a problem with the bolts and two of the legs. The communication by email was effective and rapid. Additionally, they had a very helpful and customer focused orientation. I received the replacement parts by Fedex Ground sooner than I had expected. It was their actions that made me a big believer in Homrest. This swing is sturdy and the materials cleans up nicely. There are a 3 minor things I would recommend the manufacturer do for better enjoyment. 1. The cushions and the 2 roll pillows could use ties to keep them in place, especially the roll pillows, which keep falling off. So I don’t use them.
2. The cushions could be a little thicker for better comfort.
3. The attached trays also need to be made a little sturdier. I guess I’m being a little picky about them, but they really look flimsy.
I certainly don’t think these are anything to make you not want to buy this product. I use it every day the Sun is out and love it.

The box was delivered almost completely destroyed, I was skeptical of the condition of the swing. However all pieces were intact. The swing has been outside for a couple of months, exposed to extreme Florida sun and rain. The only difference is that the red color isn’t as bright now. It’s a strong swing.

This swing is such a great piece of furniture. Love how it folds out basically to a stable hammick. I put this together alone and it took maybe an hour if that. Was super easy to put together. With 2 people, someone helping just hold pieces, would take much less time. Feels sturdy, good swing mechanism. Love the fold out trays. The top canopy part does seem to keep squeezing up slightly and kind of wrinkle alittle. Isnt to big of an issue. Just need to pull it down occasionally slightly. Definitely recommend.
