i would have appreciated some notice before the delivery so they could have put the chairs in the garage as i am disabled and needed help fo have someone there to accet the delivery, i did not know of the delivery until i got on my computer jate at night. a text would have been nice?????

I have had this chair for about 2 weeks. So far everything is good as advertised. Asdembly went well and took about 20 minutes. The only issue I have encountered so far is the seat is not quite level to the floor going side to side. The left side of the seat is a fraction lower. It is noticeable but not a major issue. The massage function is sufficient for basic needs. The heat function seems average. Takes a while to feel the warmth. Delivery was prompt. So far I am very pleased, but it is still fresh out of the box.
