I really do like this chair especially the lumbar massage with heat, comes with a remote control and a side pocket to put it in, and the pull out leg rest is a nice addition as well. I don't have to keep adjusting the height it stays fully extended, it's a bit more of a reach to get to the reclining lever but it also stays put and fully locks down if set as far back as it goes. No tipping issues. Totally 5 star packing, everything was protected from everything else and a great way to get the parts pkg. everything is in it's own letter coded compartment makes for easy confirmation that you have all the parts, just one tool for all the bolts is provided also. Easy to follow instructions for once, the only thing I had to do differently was when it gets to attaching the back of chair to the seat, I had to do that like other chairs and just leave the seat already attached to the wheels etc. in its normal position and just slide the back portion into the slot and add/tighten the bolts. It's been a great chair to have for my back pain.

Came quick, it's a nice chair. I don't like how it squeaks all the time and doesn't seem sturdy. The lower lumbar could be a bit bigger. The footrest I could do without cause it rests on my calfs and hurts. All and all it's not to bad.

Bought this item and it was quickly shipped to my house, putting it together took really no time since the instructions were very clear. I bought this for my gf to use in our office together and I must say that the extended leg support is a nice touch. She's in school and has fallen asleep in the chair when reclined so I must say that this is a very good chair. I think for the price of sub $200 this is a really good chair. Build quality and stitching of the chair is good as well so I know it'll last us a few years if we take care of it.

I needed a chair ASAP because my previous one broke randomly. I saw how people said it was really easy to assemble, but I had an issue on step 4 in the manual. The picture is backwards for the part, so that’s what made it take much longer than it needed to for me to put together.
After completion, I will say that it is very nice, cushioning is very plush and desired. It is roomy, and I can even sit with my legs crossed if I so desire. The footrest is nice, as it is adjustable. The massage feature is LOVELY. There are 8 types of massage and 4 levels of strength for each one. If you just leave it alone and put it on 15 or 30 minutes, it will cycle automatically through them.
Overall, this is a quality chair and I will have to see with time if it lasts. This is a great chair.

Had a minor issue putting together but got it set up. it is too low, needs to rise higher. the seat needs to extend out at least 3 inches for leg support. it is comfortable to lay back and use the massager. the cord to plug in the USB is irritating. needs a place to hang it when not in use. I do not sit in it all day. only about 4-5 hours off & on. I like the material it is made of. its soft & comfortable. I am heavy set and hope this chair holds up.

I never leave reviews unless I feel strongly. This is a GREAT chair for the price. I am 5'0" and was worried I wouldn't be able to reach the ground, but that's a non-issue. I put it together myself in about 20-25 minutes, it's extremely straight forward and easy. I expect the chair to break in with use; it's definitely supportive for my back. The massage feature isn't terribly strong but I actually think that it's the right amount of force while working.

I purchased this office chair to replace the one I owned for 25 years. For my size it is wonderful. The arm rests, however, are not as sturdy as I would like. Need to work on that. The ability to recline and having a footrest is also a plus. The lumbar vibrations are great. It is comfortable and I do believe it's a great deal.

This is a pretty good chair. The seat cushion is very comfortable. The reclining feature is nice to stretch your legs out from working all day. The only down side is the massage feature. The massager work well but the hard nodes don't have much padding on them. Over a little time, they start to hurt your back since the padding is so thin over them. I've had to put a small blanket over them so they don't press in my lower back. In hindsight, I should have gotten the regular one that didn't have the massage option as I don't use it that much and it wouldn't hurt my back. Still it is a good chair with the minor flaw I mentioned.

My husband was wanting me to get a Corsair chair, but I wanted something that had more cushion, had cushioned arm rests, something to put my legs up, and something to massage my back. This chair was basically it and the cost is less than half the price of the Corsair chair the kids and I got for my husband. I don't care about name brand rather I care about the quality and functionality of the product more.
Hopefully this chair will last me for years to come. I am putting a bath towel on the seat because I sweat and I don't want this to erode the seat cover. I've had this chair for maybe 1.5 months and so far so good. Along with the chiropractic holistic visits, my exercises and breaks from sitting, this chair is proving to help and be fair better than the chair I had before.

Screws supplied for armrest's are to short for cushion mount. If you order be aware you will have to replace two armrest screw's. Screws needed are M8-1.25X45MM for mounting to cushion. Screw's supplied fit for mounting armrest to back. Inspite of wrong screw's, this is a very nice chair at a reasonable price.

I am so happy I got this chair. I've had it for a month now and I use it for work about 5 hours per day. I got the material version so there is no heat. The massage is nothing much, just vibration and I don't use it much.
I love the locking recline feature and the footrest. I actually often sit criss cross with my legs on the footrest and find it very supportive. Like other reviews mentioned the arm rests jiggle a bit. As I'm typing while on the chair, this has not been much of an issue and it's just the right armrest on mine. I found it fairly easy to put together and all the parts were there. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Overall I really like my chair. I had an issue with a manufacturing defect preventing me from adding two of the screws to secure the chair and the seller sent me a new one right away. It has held up well so far and I work from home with issues since I had covid last year and the reclining feature is so comforting. The chair itself I find very comfortable. I am 5’3 and about 130 lbs and although the chair is a little tall, it fits my desk perfectly and I am comfortable whether I let my feet dangle or use a foot rest while not reclined. I can sit in it for about 8-10 hours very comfortably.

The chair sits and looks great.
However, the shipping was terrible. The box had one hole side crunched, a hole and tape up all over. We opened the box and put the chair together. However, it was missing the right arm rest. I don't know if it fell out when the box was damaged or never packed. I sent email after email and pictures of the chair. Today I received two new arm rests, left and right. I only needed the right.
The problem is that the holes for the bolts for the arm rest in the front are not drilled correctly. It is very difficult to get the bolt to fit and stay in.. We finally achieved it after much time was used.

I really like this chair. I was looking for a chair that had a foot rest and back message option. I also like the different color options. I use this in my office while working from home everyday and I have not had any issues with it. I was also able to attach an extra cushion for extra back support. It’s was extremely easy to put together. It took me about 20mins and I am not a very handy person.

Got it yesterday. Put it together this morning. Now mind you...I am an over weight 65yo woman. Took me about 30-45 minutes to put it together. It was very easy...parts are all clearly marked and the little wrench...thank you!!! So nice to have a T wrench install of those L wrenches. Sat in it for my 8 hour call center shift and my back or mybackside didn't hurt at all. Feels so sturdy and comfy and roomy!!! Get this chair!

Second time I've bought this chair. Good choice for any one looking to avoid leather or plastic feeling material. Wish the back of the seat had a little more padding. Other than that chair is very comfortable. I can definitely fall asleep sitting in this chair. Assembly isn't too bad. About what you would expect with a chair. Helps to have an electric screw driver. I assembled the whole thing by myself and it took well less than half hour. Of course the job should be much easier with two people.

I read through the bad reviews about the remote not having instructions but I was able to figure it out in about 30 seconds. It also DOES lock in any position, unlike some other reviews said. High back is tall enough to support head. Seems comfy, chair is padded nicely fabric is a velour type and is soft. just completed assembly, so too early to tell yet how cushions will hold up. Base of chair is all steel with plastic wheels nicely finished. Arms are steel, well padded and sturdy. Unable to determine structure of seat and back, but everything fit perfect and tightened up nicely. I also echo another reviewer here about the packaging. Nice sturdy box, well protected and individual components well insulated and isolated. There were no defects in construction or alignment nor holes in fabric.
