If you sit long enough, whether for gaming or work, the vibration is decent; however, the heating is wonderful, and as long as you don't have the vibration going with the heat, it will not auto shut off; in other words, if you only have the heat on, it will stay on and not auto cut off.

The arms are a little slack, but other than that, this chair is fantastic. The massage is a vibration, but it's wonderful, and I especially like the foot rest. The most important aspect is how comfortable it is. It took me around 20 minutes to put together and was really simple. This was a terrific purchase at an excellent price, in my opinion.
Most executive chairs are substantially more expensive without any of the other features. I sit for roughly 8 hours a day and have had no problems with the chair thus far.

Bought this for a work/office chair. The bottom cushion is non existing. Had for less than a month and the shock will not hold anymore. Update the seller sent new chair guess my first one was defective this second one is like a totally different chair. Way more comfortable.

This is a pretty comfortable chair. I'm pretty tall and think there might be better ones for tall people. The massage is only vibration and has different settings for pattern and intensity. My dog chewed the cord and the company sent replacement. It tips over pretty easy if the seat back is reclined and I lean back into it. Might have to do with my height. For a desk chair that vibrates it's overall a good value. I haven't tried the heat function yet.

Overall I really like my chair. I had an issue with a manufacturing defect preventing me from adding two of the screws to secure the chair and the seller sent me a new one right away. Unfortunately my second chair had a massager out of place but the seller was really helpful in offering a discount so that I would feel better about keeping the chair. It has held up well so far and I work from home with issues since I had covid last year and the reclining feature is so comforting. The chair itself I find very comfortable. I am 5’3 and about 130 lbs and although the chair is a little tall, it fits my desk perfectly and I am comfortable whether I let my feet dangle or use a foot rest while not reclined. I can sit in it for about 8-10 hours very comfortably. The only downfall in my opinion is the lack of quality control. I also thought the massagers would move or knead but I didn’t read the description that carefully and still find the stationary vibration to be very nice.

I have bad RA, fibro and neuropathy issues. The fact that I can put my feet up in a foot rest is beyond amazing and still be comfortable while working. On really hard days the massage feature helps with my back muscles. I am beyond impressed at the features this offered and how it performs after 6 months. Putting together was a little frustrating as it’s like ikea. No directions just letters, but after laying out it went together just fine
