So I have purchased 5 office chairs in the last 1.5 years. I have paid anywhere from $150 - $500, and they just didn't do it for me. This is BY FAR the best chair I have ever purchased. It was super easy to put together with everything label by letters and super clear A goes to B instructions. Even right down to the screws. Oh, and none of your own tools required. It comes with the only wrench needed. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and the massage feature is great if you are suffering with lower back pain. I haven't tried the heat function yet to comment on that. If you are on the fence, just pull the trigger. You won't regret it. My hubs is happy that I found a chair I love so I stop buying them ;). It truly feels like I am not even working with this baby. Just throw on my tunes, the massage, kick my feet up and off to work I go! If I could give this chair 100 stars I would wish I could give it 110.

Well from a positive note. The chair was super easy to put together and the functions of massage and heat really work well. It feels really padded and the feet extension is a great idea. However, I am 6’ tall, which isn’t extremely tall, even still, when I lay my head back it’s is 50 percent on the support and 50 percent floating in air. If you are on the shorter end this is absolutely a decent chair.

I apologize for the delay in writing this review. I purchased this chair on May 24th, and it arrived on May 30th as expected. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair looks exactly as described. However, the only issue I have is that it is too comfortable. I work from home and have unintentionally taken too many naps on this chair. It's impossible not to because it feels like sitting on a cloud. If you're seeking comfort, look no further; this chair is perfect.

Comfortable chair love all the reclining positions. Heat option is great especially if you have a backache, massage is really just vibration but is ok for me. Only thing I would improve is the pullout footrest. I think could be a little sturdier and heavy duty.

Terrible, the chair won’t stay up.. I constantly have to raise the chair it continuously goes down while I’m working. I desperately need to return it, it’s to late. I have never paid this much money for a chair, and it’s the worse chair I have ever used.

It is comfortable, easy to assemble and it looks so beautiful! The only thing I wish it had was a rechargeable Control for the massager, it has to stay plugged in if you want to goodies. But aside from that, I love it!

I am so happy I got this chair. I've had it for a month now and I use it for work about 5 hours per day. I got the material version so there is no heat. The massage is nothing much, just vibration and I don't use it much.
I love the locking recline feature and the footrest. I actually often sit criss cross with my legs on the footrest and find it very supportive. Like other reviews mentioned the arm rests jiggle a bit. As I'm typing while on the chair, this has not been much of an issue and it's just the right armrest on mine. I found it fairly easy to put together and all the parts were there. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The Chair is amazingly Comfortable. Really easy to put together. The only thing I am not happy with is the plug in. I have hardwood floors in my office and I roll over the cord every once in a while. But on the other hand when I kick back and turn on the fetchers its night night time. Great Chair and great price.

The chair was very simple to assemble, and is very sturdy construction. I'm 6'5 / 240 ...so solid sturdy materials/construction is important. I really like the chair. The casters were so-so...did not glide and rotate easily. I sent an email to customer support about this. Responded quickly...They were VERY friendly, and provided me with a new set of casters. Could not be happier. Good value for the price!

Good chair but the massage and heat are not as I expected. It only vibrate and only on the lowest part of my back. I cannot feel the heat.
Took me about one hour to assemble with tool provided by manufacturer.
Overall, I’m satisfied with this chair, the price and quality is good.

Well, I love the chair.
1.) I found a small slit in the seat cushion when it came out of the box, about 2 inches.
I surely would not return it for this.
2.) Since then, the left arm has loosened and I'm not sure if it can be tightened. I paud a mn $40 to put the chaur together and it seemed nice and tight but began to loosen. Now it is annoying that it ie looser still.
Sorry to have complaint. I can deal with the slit, but the arm has to be tightened again.

This chair is everything I wanted, gorgeous, comfortable and well-padded (back, seat and arms), adjustable up/down arms, lumbar support and a stable 5-arm base featuring easy/smooth rolling casters, very nice, quiet, smooth up down height adjustment. This chair came very well and very safely packaged for shipping! Everything was so well protected and then put into a heavy/thick/quality cardboard box! The directions were perfect
