First day my heater/massage, tried it once and it was good. Tried it the second time the same night after I got had it all set up and in my office. Plugged it and nothing. Bummer, so fro the next week my Height lever does not work. My weight is about 180 so really im not that heavy and every time I adjust it I just fall again. Not impress honestly I'd say my chair is 1/5 paid good money for a chair that has problems.

The chair was easy to assemble. Make sure you follow the part of the instructions regarding attaching the chair back to the chair bottom. The padding makes that challenging so lean the chair back as it instructs. I appreciate the metal legs. The chair is well made and is pretty...as far as a desk chair qualifies as pretty. It is comfortable.

The quality of this office chair is very good, very easy to assemble, it took me only 10 minutes to put it together.
Its best feature is that it can massage, you can choose your favorite mode of massage while working.
It is large enough for you to sit comfortably on.

This is a perfect office chair. This one has a heat selected massage, the heat is perfect but massage is basically a vibration. Even at the highest setting it’s still just a buzz. Very, very nice chair.

The massage chair is just simple vibration and the heat function does not work. The assembly was relatively easy but for the price I paid I was expecting much more. The lumbar support is also lacking, I still have to use a pillow to support my back.

This chairs comfort is a 10/10. The massage modes and heating pad works great in it. Assembling it was not hard at all besides a few confusing parts. I would recommend this to anyone and I would buy it again if I had to.

The chair is solidly built and went together easily. I wasn't sure I would like it as much as the manager's chair (Office Depot) I was replacing but after a couple of days of use I find I like it much better than the old chair.

The brown chair is beautiful. The comfort level is excellent, as the chair is double padded. I don’t have to use a back pillow with this chair. The heat and massage features are wonderful extras. I had an issue but it was quickly resolved by customer service.

The first one had a piece that was stripped and the seller sent another after receiving the pictures and knowing exactly which part. I really like this chair, it's comfortable, I stop sitting on my feet, and the massage feature really helps with loosening up when I need it.
