I've had this chair for more than six months, and I couldn't be happier! I adore the leg holder and the massage function, and it's quite comfy. The massage rollers on the back don't bother me because I normally use a small pillow to support my back extra (I've done this with any of my chairs in the past). You can feel them with your hands, but even without a pillow, I don't think they would bothered me. The seller is very kind and ready to assist if needed, even providing assembly instructions.

The seat's a good size, can handle at least 300 lbs, and seems pretty sturdy. I went with the brown chair and it took me about 15 minutes to set it up. It'd be helpful to have someone else around to align the bolt holes, but I managed to do it solo and it turned out fine. Thinking of snagging another one for my workplace.

I read through the bad reviews about the remote not having instructions but I was able to figure it out in about 30 seconds. It also DOES lock in any position, unlike some other reviews said. I have sciatica and it is so easy on my back. After we put it together, I didn’t want to get out. I can’t wait to go to work just to sit in it all day!

Could have more padding. It would sit better if it was. little more plush, but the heat and foot rest allowed me to sit nearly pain free with my really bad back, so it's the best that I've found for the cost. Massage feature is a big plus.

So thrilled with this reclinable massage chair. I'm sure it's great for the office but I bought it for my husband to use while watching TV. Received this chair in less than a week after I ordered it. My husband and I put it together in less than 45 minutes. The instructions were very easy and all all the parts were coded with letters for easy assembly. Very happy with the chocolate brown color, size and the quality of this chair. One of the cool things about this chair is that it is a decent size and yet small enough to fit through the bedroom door. So whether we are watching TV in the family room or the bedroom, this chair works. Hopefully it will last a long time.
