Putting together was a huge pain. I ordered a similar set on Wayfair and each section came together as one piece and took 3 minutes to assemble this one actually took 3 hours!!!
Also the table came a little scratched out of the box.

In about 3 1/2 hours, my husband was able to put together every piece by himself.

I received a great surprise. The product's instructions were simple to follow and straightforward to grasp. The pieces were all present. Even though you have to dig through the parts bags to find them, the tools needed for assembly are included. The pieces actually fit together. The item closely resembles the one in the photograph.

came in pretty late. It's like a sofa for children. My 2-year-old grandson used the table as a stepping stool by climbing up on it. It appears to be okay, however the cushions slide all over the place and do not adhere to the material at all.

Excellent set, especially considering the cost. Customer service was excellent, although one area of the sectional arrived with a hole. They instantly shipped a new chair in another container. We just bought it, so we don't know how long-lasting it will be, but it seems quite strong, and the cushions are thick and firm.

Now that we have a 7-piece patio set, we can spend more time outside, and the quality is higher than I had anticipated. The assembly took almost two hours, but it was worth it! Cushion arrived fully pressed, however after being left outside for a few days, it thickened. When friends come over, I'm considering acquiring more small pieces to make the size larger.

The actual furniture is really cozy. I adore it so much. The cushions are quite soft, and the back is the ideal height. I haven't had it very long, so I can't speak about washing off any stains or the like, but so far, I'm in love with this sofa set and would buy it again if I had to.

We absolutely love this patio set, and assembly was a breeze! From start to finish, purchasing this sectional has been a great decision. The instructions are very easy to follow, and the quality/craftsmanship is great. Setup took a few hours, but I’d imagine that having a second set of hands would be helpful (but it certainly isn’t necessary). Having an electric drill with an allen bit saved me a TON of time!Customer service was top notch and answered any questions I had along the way. I’d recommend this manufacturer to any of my friends or family members. The gray and khaki combo turned out awesome!
