I love it!!!

Very happy with the outdoor patio furniture. My son had assembled everything it was very easy and very impressive with all the clear instructions even the glove was send for the top glass for the fire pit. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Ready to assemble, arrives in 3 boxes, all hardware is included. We had this set for 4 months, we sat outside on this furniture in 90 degree temps and it was very comfortable. The seat cushions are firm, the furniture covers are very thin and can tear easy. I went to Walmart and purchased water proofing spray, it's in the door section, and waterproofed all the cushions. The fire put itself is blue and beautiful. Just waiting for the cool weather to move in so we can use it.

We've been using these for a few months now and are happy with them.

I bought one set shortly after moving into a new house a few months ago. Assembly was a little bit of a struggle with the first set, but we got the chairs together and loved them for our upper porch use. We decided that we needed another set and, on the 2nd set, we got the first chair and the table put together with the same little bit of a struggle as we did with the initial set - no big deal. The 2nd chair from the 2nd set, however,the screw will NOT budge. I've submitted a request through the company's "Contact" page, we'll see how that goes. I'm hoping that they can just send a new back piece to complete the assembly.

Overall the product is pleasing to the eye but there are a few things that prevents me from giving it 5 stars. The builder did not ensure the screw holes align so there are a few where it's slanted in an attempt to put it together ( after multiple attempts). Cushions could be thicker but better comfort (may eventually replace the cushions for a sturdier and more comfortable ones). The tool provided to use the screws is too big causing difficulties to use. Lastly, the chairs are too low to the ground. Company ships pretty quick so that's a plus!

Product came well packed. Assembly directions were good. We needed 2 people to complete but that's standard for us. Chairs are fairly comfortable. I am going to add a few more pillows for extra comfort.They look great on the deck. I think these are an excellent value for the cost.

We live on the lake and this set is absolutely perfect. We have a large deck and the furniture fits very nicely. Bigger than I expected and sturdy. It will take you some time to put together but worth it.

Very nice chairs. Wide and good comfort. The light fabric you need to watch, putting together, watch the screws, we had two strip & one the screw & hole did not line up properly, but we got them put together. The back cushion is not that thick, but I have extra patio pillows. I love the ottoman that slides underneath & out if the way. I also bought covers for these. Enjoying these as much as we can with the cool Midwest weather

We bought this patio furniture set to have somewhere for guests to sit on our deck, and it was a great purchase. There was an issue with some parts during shipping and the customer service team was really easy to work with and sent the replacement parts quickly. There was definitely some assembly required, it took a few hours to put the pieces together, but the parts were all labeled and the instructions were clear. There were a few spots where the holes didn't line up exactly, but we were able to make it work. Now that it's assembled, we're happy with the way it looks and it's very comfortable to sit on. It fits nicely in our space and can be arranged in a variety of different ways to fit what we need. It's sturdy enough to withstand several toddlers jumping on it comfortably, and the cushions wash off easily. I'm eager to see how it holds up over time, but for now we are thrilled with this purchase!

Alrighty - this set is lovely. I will add putting it together was time consuming. I opened the box with the two ottomans and the 2 chairs and built those first. My goodness - hundreds of screws! But, it is solid with a metal frame. The tools that came were a little wrench and an allen wrench. After I figured out the first chair the second one came together in half the time. The ottomans took about 1.5 hours - but it was dark. The next build was the sofa and the tools included a ratchet allen wrench and small wrench! I wanted to scream. It would have been amazing to have had that ratchet wrench in the first box. Sofa took a little over 2 hours for me to build. That would have taken less time except I used the slightly shorter screws in connecting some of the pieces. You have to use the shortest screws for the feet pieces. This meant I had to remove 15 screws. I wanted to kick myself. Finally, I got the fire pit made - that took over an hour including unboxing it. I got my husband to put in a propane tank and that little table gives off the heat! Note - the cushions are not square. I had no problem getting the foam inside the covers. Take a cushion and fold it length wise (like an hotdog bun) and stand it up between your legs. Pull the zipper on from that top folded end. Easy. I would recommend this set! It might be easier to have two people to build it.
