1. Shipping & Address Changes

Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact customer service before the order is dispatched.
After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed directly. If an address correction is required mid-transit, carriers (UPS or FedEx) will charge an address correction fee of $18 per box.
Disclaimer: Homrest is not responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because Homrest items are oversized furniture, cancellations are handled strictly based on the order status:

Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled by the system.
Canceled Before Shipping: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
Canceled After Shipping (In Transit): Only an 80% refund will be issued. Additionally, UPS or FedEx will charge a package interception fee of $18 per box.
"Label Created" Status: Once an order enters this status, it can no longer be canceled directly. You must contact customer service for further details.

3. Returns & Refunds

Key Requirements

Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the order.
Item Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original tags attached.
Authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

Homrest does not offer direct exchanges due to the logistical difficulties of shipping oversized items.
If you ordered the wrong item, Homrest offers 2 solutions:Accept a partial refund from customer service and keep the item.Contact customer service to request a return under the "Non-Quality Issues" policy, then place a new order.

5. How to Handle Specific Issues

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

Immediately contact customer service and provide:Photos of the damaged/wrong item.The item SKU number on the box.The barcode label.The shipping tracking label.
Solutions for Wrong Items: You can keep the incorrect item at a discounted price, or return it for a full refund/correct replacement once tracking shows it is back with UPS/FedEx.
Solutions for Damaged Items: Depending on the severity, Homrest will offer a part replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Lost Packages

If the provided address was correct: Check your surroundings, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it is still missing, contact Homrest with your order and tracking number. They will open a lost package claim with the carrier (investigation takes about a week) and assist you.
If the provided address was incorrect: Homrest is not liable for the loss.

6. Warranty & Support Contact

Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (excludes manual damage, misuse, or damage caused by logistics/severe weather).
Price Matching: Prices fluctuate based on the market. Homrest does not offer refunds for price differences.

The table had come with some cracks in it. I contacted the seller and within hours I got a response and the next day a new table was sent to me. The furniture looks good, worth the money for sure. Kudos to the seller, keep up the amazing work! I will recommend a better allen wrench. The ones provided wore quickly. The other recommendation is when building the chairs, do not wait until the last step to put in the second long screw. Screw it in earlier to make sure the holes are lined up properly.

I bought this in June 2022, so it has survived two summers so far. Pros: 1. Looks great always 2. Has held up for two summers (It is under cover, so I don't know how direct exposure to the elements would impact) 3. The cushions are really water repellent. Again, it's under cover, so it's only when it's really stormy that they'd get wet 4. It's comfortable for sitting. But we'll come back to that. Cons: 1. Assembly. Bring your best patience. Someone recommended not tightening the screws until all are in, I cannot recommend that enough. Even now I still have one that I just could never get it because the pieces didn't align. Since it was the arm to the back piece I didn't stress it as much. 2. Comfort. While nice for sitting, it is not for lounging. If you have to cross where two sections meet you will never be comfortable. 3. They are starting to sag in the common seat areas. We use them pretty much every weekend, especially over the summer so they've gotten some good love. In summary: I do think it's worth it for the money. I think if I get one more summer out of them, I'd be thrilled. I rarely, if ever, use the table, so it's ended up being clutter, I mostly use the couches. I think if you're on a budget, these are not a bad way to go at all.

Very happy with my patio set. I wanted a set with a dining height table, a couch, and footrests, so this fit the bill perfectly. It did take me about 5 hours to put together and one of the holes for a screw was misaligned on the couch, but I am pleased with the result. I love the color and this set is better than other similar sets because the cushions all have zippers. I bought scotch guard, but the fabric already feels rugged and a bit plasticized- definitely made for the outdoors. I washed one of the covers and it came out fine. If there are any negatives, I would say I wish the table top was glass- it is a plastic wood. Because I have a bird feeder on my patio, the birds keep pooping nearby, so I ended up getting a piece of glass cut to fit the top so it is easier to clean. Unfortunately the table top is not perfectly flat, so there are some gapping issues of the glass on the table at the corners.

My handyman stated it was quite robust and simple to put together.The thinness of the back cushions is the sole drawback.Standard bed pillows were used in place of the filling, and I am now content with the comfort!
