I was apprehensive about making such a large online buy, but it was totally worth it! It was simple to assemble and came in three different cartons. I spent roughly 2.5 hours doing it all. Everything was provided, and customer support immediately addressed any questions I did have. It looks exactly like the photo and is really cozy. I'm very happy with this buy!

Our products arrived in a few days (far sooner than planned), however there was a flaw on the table's top. We contacted the firm, and they not only responded quickly, but also went above and above to rectify the matter. We would strongly suggest this great and comfy couch!

The furniture is of high quality. We only had one problem with a component getting bent up in transit. We were successful in bending it back into form. I haven't had a problem with it since. It can also support hefty people seated on it. So the handling of 400lbs claim is correct. The cushions aren't the softest, but they're adequate.

Not too bad for the cost. One of the chairs has a severe twist in the back/aluminum frame so it's not a nice appearance from the back but fortunately the cushions cover that up. Three of the screw holes no one could get the screw in so they had to be tapped out. It irritates me that I have to check to make sure the pillows are hiding the imperfection on a brand-new piece. I would have returned the sectional if it had been placed in the middle of the space rather than up against a wall. It's not terrible for the price, as I said.

ought to have spent more money! Set has a very charming appearance, but the cushions are thin and uncomfortable. Small ottoman/coffee table! It is only about half as big as it should be when used at a sectional! If you won't be sitting on it for a long time, a great value set?

Delivery is very quick. I ordered it at midnight and received notification that it had delivered a few hours later. It arrived in two days. It was really simple to put together and looks to be of high quality. The feet are a tad fragile, but not too noticeable. The color is somewhat different than shown in the photos, but it's a fantastic piece of furniture, especially for the price.

wonderful patio sectional. I shopped around for a bit before selecting this one, and I'm happy I did. It looks fantastic, and I adore how the seat can be folded up to make a tanning lounger. You must use a drill to set up because it speeds up the process and makes it easier to insert some of the stubborn bolts. A table component was missing, and they are now shipping it to me. Customer service took some time, but I appreciate that they are sending the replacement piece.

I was startled to find out that the cushions were more grayish than khaki, which is what I had expected.
We decided to keep them.
The short backs of the seats are why I awarded the comfort rating of four. Other than that, these chairs are stunning and quite comfortable. I adore the sofa so much; it looks fantastic on our porch. Do not be reluctant to purchase for your outdoor area.
My husband only needed around two hours to put it together because it was very simple to put together. They are also very nicely built and strong. I appreciate that the pillows are supportive yet firm enough to provide.

I even looked into the cost of building something ourselves. This was worth every penny. It has exceeded my expectations. It arrived a couple days early, no missing boxes or pieces. I put it together by myself, which did take a few hours, but I was expecting that. I had no issues putting it together. I bought a anti-slip rug mat, cut it in half and put it under the cushions to keep them from slipping off
