Amazing seat. Easily put together. I just got it today and I cannot wait to use the evening and take a nice long nap In it. Although as I type this review, looking at the chair for additional comments, I see that my French Bulldog has decided I bought the chair for her and she is been out for about two hours and hasn’t moved so that’s a good sign that it’s comfortable

Awesome chair! I was recently in a head-on car crash and I needed a chair to help me get me up from a broken collarbone and a broken sternum. This chair is wonderful, it's quiet it's smooth and it does the job. I highly recommended and it's a very pretty chair. And it's very easy to put together. Not a problem 10 minutes tops.
The chair is just so so comfortable. Give me the ability to sit upright, lay back, sit a little forward for eating with a food tray, and a lift me right out of the chair, well actually carrying a tray. The heating pad and the vibrator have been blessings for me at the age of 87.
Great purchase I love it. Just what I needed I just had rotator cuff surgery. It was easy to assemble too.
I love this chair so much. It’s better than the Lazy Boy my husband paid over double for and it doesn’t have a heater and it’s not automatic at all. Heater is wonderful and so is the 5 vibration modes with 4 different settings! Two cup holders are handiest idea ever.
I just love my chair. My nephew assembled it for me, a few parts were a little tricky, but he got it done fairly quickly.

The recliner works great and was easy enough to assemble, once I did a google search for assistance. The box arrived with drawings but not very good step-by-step instructions. It is comfortable and the lift comes in handy if I am having a bad arthritis day.

My husband loves it though he has not used all the features. Mine is not put together yet. It looks lovely and fits the room perfectly but it is a disaster to put together. Thank you, Jeanne

The recliner comes in too many pieces and it was extremely difficult to put together. We had to hire a professional to do it. The chair does look nice once it’s assembled but the quality isn’t as I expected it to be.
Good chair for my mother who has mobility issues, she finds it very comfortable.

Very nice chair. I bought two of these. Excellent for people with mobility issues because it helps to get up from the chair. The massage and heating features are not optimal but it is an excellent option for the price. The beige color looks like a grayish/beige.

This chair is comfortable, not too large, and stylish but beware the remote only controls the vibration and heat, not the reclining feature which is a touch button on the right hand side only so you need to be able to use your right arm to control reclining and up to stand.
Very pleased with purchase. Homrest was easy to work with. I had a problem with the USB and a replacement was sent out promptly.

Firm, easy to use push button, makes getting up easy.
Bought this chair for my mom, and she loves it! It is exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was great, the chair was easy to put together, the color was a bit darker than we were expecting, but I actually like it better. The massage piece is not strong, but perfect for my mom, the heat portion also works well. The lift controls on the side of the chair move at a great pace for my mom who has mobility issues. She is easily able to use all of the controls which is fantastic. I would highly recommend.
Chair arrived, on time, in 2 boxes. One box was light & easy to carry, the other one I had to drag. No damage to the chair itself from shipping, however the box had a few dents and gashes. It was easy to assemble. The instructions for connecting the wires was a little confusing, so I shut the manual and connected the matching color connections, then just figured out the rest from there. Much easier. Chair is comfy and looks nice. I'm pleased with the purchase.
