The chair was pretty easy to put together, it took about an hour with one person taking breaks. It is very functional and comfortable. I wish the foot rest slid out a little further but that is not a deal break for me. I also though the seat cushion would be a bit more plush but I can get a supplemental seat cushion to support my lower back at a later date. I have not used the massage function but it's nice knowing it's available.

I had been having issues with my legs swelling during the day really bad. I bought the chair, husband put it together and in the afternoon when my legs start to swell I can use my recliner part for my legs and it helps so much. It sits so good and fits me. And it is gorgeous sitting behind my desk. The quality is awesome not just some plastic junk. I got the grey one and would recommend this chair to anyone that sits behind a desk.

I ordered a Gray chair and received a white one. Jenny at Homerest resolved the issue by offering me a replacement Gray chair at no extra charge without sending back the white chair. I have not received the Gray chair yet.

I would give Homrest five stars however I am very unhappy with their customer service. My son fell in love with my chair and ordered him a chair right away However he ordered the wrong version. When he tried to return for the right chair was given a very hard time and would not allow him to return a brand new chair for the correct one. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Homrest due to poor customer service rendered to consumers. If I could give a “zero” for a star, that would be my rating.

Easy to install. Took 2 hours since this was my first installation. All parts were present. Chair is comfortable and the heat and massage are a plus. I use them quite a bit because I have low back pain. Great chair in my opinion.

Installation was not difficult for me considering that it my first time installing anything. The chair feels very comfortable and the massage and heat are added benefits. The only problem is I feel that the back support is not 100 percent. The lower back is not supported all the way to the glutes. I have chronic low back pain, so I was looking for relief. Other than that, it is a great chair for the price.

This chair is quite appealing and something I would feel comfortable using in my home office where others may see it.
