After assembly, the fire pit we ordered experienced problems. We provided videos and a detailed explanation of our issue to customer service. They determined to replace the fire pit after carefully considering our problem. The new fire pit came in fine shape and is operating perfectly.

With this Fire Pit, we are quite happy. Simple to assemble, really nice-looking, and not cheap like one we purchased a few years ago. It's simple to start, and the cover is convenient.

This fire pit is a hit with my family. Over it, they have been roasting marshmallows. The flame is quite tall (approximately 7 inches) on the high setting. Get the flame's glass surround. One is available from Yaheetech and fits wonderfully.
