1. Shipping & Address Changes
- Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact customer service before the order is dispatched.
- After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed directly. If an address correction is required mid-transit, carriers (UPS or FedEx) will charge an address correction fee of $18 per box.
- Disclaimer: Homrest is not responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because Homrest items are oversized furniture, cancellations are handled strictly based on the order status:
- Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled by the system.
- Canceled Before Shipping: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Canceled After Shipping (In Transit): Only an 80% refund will be issued. Additionally, UPS or FedEx will charge a package interception fee of $18 per box.
- "Label Created" Status: Once an order enters this status, it can no longer be canceled directly. You must contact customer service for further details.
3. Returns & Refunds
Key Requirements
- Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the order.
- Item Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original tags attached.
- Authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Policy
- Homrest does not offer direct exchanges due to the logistical difficulties of shipping oversized items.
- If you ordered the wrong item, Homrest offers 2 solutions:Accept a partial refund from customer service and keep the item.Contact customer service to request a return under the "Non-Quality Issues" policy, then place a new order.
5. How to Handle Specific Issues
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
- Immediately contact customer service and provide:Photos of the damaged/wrong item.The item SKU number on the box.The barcode label.The shipping tracking label.
- Solutions for Wrong Items: You can keep the incorrect item at a discounted price, or return it for a full refund/correct replacement once tracking shows it is back with UPS/FedEx.
- Solutions for Damaged Items: Depending on the severity, Homrest will offer a part replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Lost Packages
- If the provided address was correct: Check your surroundings, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it is still missing, contact Homrest with your order and tracking number. They will open a lost package claim with the carrier (investigation takes about a week) and assist you.
- If the provided address was incorrect: Homrest is not liable for the loss.
6. Warranty & Support Contact
- Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (excludes manual damage, misuse, or damage caused by logistics/severe weather).
- Price Matching: Prices fluctuate based on the market. Homrest does not offer refunds for price differences.

Not happy with product or customer support. Called local phone number for info on putting chair together. was told we would get a call back within 24 hours. Really! ridiculous! no heat emanating from chair at all!

The base is sturdy and that’s the best part of this chair. The back never fully expanded. After multiple weeks it looks shriveled and wrinkled so I keep it covered with a blanket. Last issue is the armrests. They’re extremely low for someone to reposition in the chair.

I was surprised when the box was delivered and how heavy it was. After putting it all together and I sat in it, I thought this chair was amazing. I absolutely love it. The leather is reasonably good quality, it looks nice, goes together easily. The dual cupholders are a big win. Overall this is a nice chair
The chair was delivered in two large boxes, directly to my door. My Daughter & Son-in-law assembled it for me. Unpacking to full assembly was 45 minutes. It’s sturdy, comfortable and all components work well. It fits well in my living room. It reclines almost fully horizontally, so is very comfortable for resting in. I’m very happy with this chair!

When we first got it was great but Dad is tall and this chair is short for him. He has a hard time with it for everyday use. Everything works good but it’s developed a lean to one side we can’t seem to figure out why. After we went to store and tried the more pricy chairs the difference was evident. For the price it’s an ok chair. If it’s for short term use it’s great but if you need something to help long term save your money and get more extravagant chair.

Ordered this chair for my 83 yr old Dad that's had a stroke & has Alzheimer's. So far it has been perfect & he smiled so big when I turn the massage on. Went together amazingly easy that I could have done it but my 16 yr old did it for me. No tools needed & feels very sturdy when completed. At this point we are very pleased.

Got this chair to recover in after surgery. It looks great and the extra features were awesome. I highly recommend! Merry Christmas!
This chair has a lot of potential however it sits lower than standard recliners. It also has low armrests that are way too loose to help someone have good balance or try to sit up/back in the chair. The instructions were to allow the cushions 24+ hrs to expand. At 14 days I can say it looks nothing like the picture or video. I’m extremely disappointed. I would not buy this chair again or recommend it for anyone else.
