A piece of the hydrological lift was broken when the chair was delivered. The massage parts in the chair were unfortunate and not as expected. They did not have a rolling or kneading option. It basically just vibrates against your back. The lower lumbar support could be better too as it doesn’t keep your back straight in the chair but rather has you sinking back into the chair.

The back does not adjust to be straight up all the way so the massager in it is leas than desirable and loud and does not do much if you can not lean back into it. Since the back does stay leaned a little if you sit all day and need to be doing anything at a desk there is not the support you need. It also does not roll on my rug smoothly, but does great on hard surface. The heat is great, and was easy to put together and it needs a little pocket for the massager controller.

Super east to assemble. Love the footrest and the heat. Comfortable and stylish. The lumbar is in the right spot. Cradles your body. The height adjuster is nice and you can adjust it to fit your comfort. The recliner goes back far enough to stretch and rest during breaks. The pocket behind the back holds the cords and remote when not in use. Swivels smoothly and rolls effortlessly. Material and soft and durable. Would recommend.

5 stars recommendation!!! This office massage chair exceeded my expectations! It took me only 30 minutes to install as a woman, and it was a breeze. The wheels roll very smoothly and the chair doesn't wobble at all. The leather material feels premium and breathable, and there's no bad smell. The ergonomic design provides excellent support and is very comfortable even for long periods of sitting. The cushions are very soft and firm, and the good lumbar support prevents back pain. The built-in massage function has just the right vibration intensity, which is great for relieving stress during breaks from work and gaming. The remote control is also simple and easy to understand. Overall, this is definitely a super affordable combination of comfort, functionality, and excellent quality for those who sit at a desk for a long time. Super value for money!

Iam enjoying the chair. the only issues I have it would be great if there was a better way to secure the control cord. Seems to always get cought in the chair. The next issue I have is that the chair seems ti lean to the Left when you sit in it. I cannot find any issues with the assembly. I may just take it apart and try again

Nice chair but the messaging could be stronger. I like the way it reclines but wish foot rest extended furthe out.

This office chair is amazing, first it arrived on time with no damage. Second it was so easy to put together it took my son about 30 minutes. Third it was bigger than I expected which I love and the features it has all work as it’s suppose to. I love the massage function and the heat feels good on my back as I have back problems. This is a great chair and I definitely highly recommend this chair.

I love this chair...I work from home and I had horrible sciatic pain and was determined to find a chair with at least a heating function.This chair checked every box for me, heating and massage function, also the foot rest. The chair arrived before the expected delivery date. well packaged as picture show.it was easy assemble and very comfortable.it feel sturdy and great quality.would highly recommend!

I was so nervous about this purchase. I am ecstatic about the choice now. It was a gift for my husband, who works long hours in his home office after a long day of regular work. His back is always aching. HE LOVES THE CHAIR! I was able to put it together by myself easily. I have to admit I go in and use it while he's at work. This chair has a combined total of 32 massage options between the 8 modes and 4 targets and speeds. I can't recommend it enough!!!! THIS CHAIR IS AMAZING! LOOKS AMAZING! FEELS AMAZING! HEATS AMAZINGLY! MASSAGES AMAZINGLY!
