3 months of use and one of the Wheels snaps off. Very cheap plastic. Asked to buy another wheel because the warranty is only 60 days and they don't have any wheels in stock? The chair can't handle someone who is 6'2" and 220 pounds? Would not buy again!

First, this is an amazing chair and is super comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 is the foot rest. I wish it was able to lock in place. I am being SUPER picky…….so please understand the rest of the chair is 5/5 stars.

This is a sturdy chair. I wish it had more lumbar support though. The heat is nice but the massage is more of a vibration than anything. I also wish the footrest went out a few more inches. Its definitely worth the sale price I paid though.

I purchased this faux leather chair for an office desk, which will be used mostly by myself but also by several others in my absence. I wanted a larger, wider chair as the former one was digging into the sides of my legs.
I ordered it on a Friday, and it was delivered Monday - very quick. The shipping package is fairly compact and was well packed - nothing damaged. Set up took 40 minutes solo with the included hex key. Instructions are very easy to follow and they include a video for those like me who are visual learners. Extra hardware included - bonus.
Chair feels firm but doesn't feel too stiff. It's wider and roomy. The wheels roll nicely so moving around is easy.
The leg/foot rest is a very nice feature. Easy to pull in and out. I doubt I will be reclining with the leg rest out but the option is there. I did have a knee replacement late last year so stretching my leg out is something I need to do regularly, so it's nice to know I can do so in this chair. The arms are nicely padded but fixed, so no adjustment. The chair fits under my desk well with the height of the chair in the highest position. It does not raise as high as my former chair, but I'm fine with that.
The cost of this chair to what you get is pretty amazing. 5 Stars from this guy.

This chair is very comfortable and ideal for work from home. I had an accident a few years ago and have achy back, but the chair helps elevate the pain due to its heating capabilities. The foot rest and recliner is the icing on cake! I love love love it that I bought another one for my sister.

The chair is extremely comfortable, but the area that the arm rest is supposed to be nailed in was put in backwards, so the arm rest is unable to be screwed in due to not having any grooves in the opening. Also, the massage function only vibrates, it does not actually massage any area.

After a rough start, with a leg that did not fit, the company made it right and sent me a replacement. I do remote work, so I sit at my desk a lot. The massage is great. You can set it and put it on a timer for 15 or 30 minutes. The chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. I would recommend this chair.

So thrilled with this reclinable massage chair. I'm sure it's great for the office but I bought it for my husband to use while watching TV. Received this chair in less than a week after I ordered it. My husband and I put it together in less than 45 minutes. The instructions were very easy and all all the parts were coded with letters for easy assembly. Very happy with the chocolate brown color, size and the quality of this chair. One of the cool things about this chair is that it is a decent size and yet small enough to fit through the bedroom door. So whether we are watching TV in the family room or the bedroom, this chair works. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I enjoy PC gaming a lot and wanted a chair I could sit in for long periods of time without discomfort. I previously had a "gaming chair" and found it extremely uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I actually resorted to putting a memory foam pillow on the seat because my rear would start hurting after only a short period of time.
This chair has good padding on the seat and back and supports my lower back pretty well. It even has a small leg rest, which isn't the most sturdy feeling, but works pretty well if I want to raise my legs for a while. The armrests have good padding as well and are comfortable to rest my arms on. There is never any plastic touching my body. The chair also looks very good (in my opinion). For reference, I bought the black model.
I'm a 5'10" adult man that weighs about 145lbs and I fit comfortably in the chair with quite a bit of room to spare. I feel like a larger person could also fit quite comfortably in the chair, although I might be worried about the sturdiness of the foldout leg rest if I were significantly larger.
A feature that I felt was ambiguous before purchasing was the ability of the back of the chair to lean backwards, so I'd like to mention that here. It can lean back VERY far, just like it shows in the pictures on the page. You can lock the chair in ANY angle leaning backward by pushing down a second lever next to the lever that adjusts the chair's height. It is very sturdy in this locked position and doesn't move forward or backward at all once locked. Be careful pushing down this lever because it likes to slam itself down as if its spring-loaded. Not a bad thing, but it surprised me the first time I tried it.
I haven't tried the vibration feature yet because I'm not very interested in that and you have to plug the chair into a wall socket and I couldn't be bothered finding an open socket near my desk.
Overall, I am very happy with the chair for the price point. I would definitely recommend it.
