When I first got it, the height adjustment cylinder was busted, but no worries, the manufacturer hooked me up with a replacement part, and now it's working like a charm!
And let me tell you, this chair isn't overly plush, but boy, is it comfy! I can sit in it for hours on end without feeling the slightest bit uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Pos. Gas cylinder keeps deflating, at least 20-40 per 8 hr day. Do not buy this chair or anything else from homrest for that matter. After being given the runaround for a defective product for 6 months about the defective product, I was told I missed the return window. I have an unresolved complaint about this attorney general

Piece of crap chair broke after only 5 months of occasional use. The metal pieces that hold the chair upright snapped after a few months of gentle use and now the chair reclines back anytime someone sits in it. When I reached out to customer service they said, “Sorry it’s outside the warranty period.” I had to buy a whole new replacement piece, an additional charge to an already pricey chair. And to add to the fiasco that is Homrest products and service, the new piece I ordered did not come with instructions and the wheels and chair cylinder are impossible to get out of the old, defective chair piece. I reached out to customer service again for help with the chair cylinder and wheels, but have not heard back in a timely manner. If and when they do respond, I’m sure it will be to say I have to pay them more money to fix the problem.
Save yourself the headache and buy a different office chair.

Made a good choice. The chair is quite comfortable. My feet don't touch the floor due to my short legs, but that's not the chair's issue.

I purchased this chair to replace my husband's worn-out office chair. He had tried various chairs over the years and never found one that impressed him. Taking a risk, I decided to go with this chair based on its reviews, style, and price. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The chair arrived without any issues, was easy to assemble, looks great, and is incredibly comfortable. Unlike my office chair from Office Depot, which started creaking after a couple of years, this chair is silent and highly recommended.

This is a excellent executive chair. It is very comfortable and the massager works. The foot rest will probably never be used because it’s awkward but besides that, it’s worth it. Made a nice addition to my work space.

Well worth the money. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I sit at my desk for close to 8 hours a day. The back of the chair can lean forward to keep my spine aligned. This is very important to me because I have had to use pillows until now. Great Product!!!

I like the looks of the chair. Seems very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is a little too large for the space I have in my office room. It butts against some of my other furniture making it hard to get around. I had to return the chair. They were very professional in how they handled it.

Purchased because I thought it would be more fluffy no back support you really have to push yourself all the way back towards the sit to feel the support, the heat it's not strong at all you can barely feel anything the only thing I like about this chair is the extra leg rest very good for ppl who sit with there legs crossed and it was very easy to assemble. The massage balls stay position on your lower back they do not move up or down so it's pointless don't really get any back pain relief that way.

Only one thing that would make it perfect, a little bit wider seat between the armrests since it is made to accommodate heavier and larger people. Other than that, the recipient I bought it for loves this chair.

I bought this for my wife, she has pain on her lower back and she likes this office chair, it allows her to lay down like a sofa and the chair itself has massage and heat-up in the back, it really helps her relief the pain. The product exceeds my expectation and the quality is very decent. I would highly recommend it if you are working from home or sitting on the office chair for long hours.

Took some time to arrive due to delayed shipping in Texas but I did receive it. All parts were there an easy to assemble . Love my chair . Super comfy and supportive. I work 10 hours at desk 3rd shift so it's normally hard on my back . This chair has made my shift so much better and easier to get through .

I ordered this chair to give my wife some back relief at her work from home job and she absolutely loves it. The padding is generous and supportive and the lower back vibrating/heat feature along with good lumbar support is a huge improvement over her old chair. I highly recommend this chair.

I've been looking for an ergonomic office chair to fit into my office. I really wanted a leather chair, but it all seemed too big, and the armrests could not fit into my desk. But this one tho! Size is perfect and the flip-up armrests are space efficient. It was easy to assemble the chair. I had another person helping when I was attaching the armrests on to the seat and backrest though. My legs and spine sit perfectly on the chair. It gives a nice support and very comfortable. I am impressed of its durability! Such a great value of money. The chair itself feels amazing.
