1. Shipping & Address Changes
- Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact customer service before the order is dispatched.
- After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed directly. If an address correction is required mid-transit, carriers (UPS or FedEx) will charge an address correction fee of $18 per box.
- Disclaimer: Homrest is not responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because Homrest items are oversized furniture, cancellations are handled strictly based on the order status:
- Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled by the system.
- Canceled Before Shipping: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Canceled After Shipping (In Transit): Only an 80% refund will be issued. Additionally, UPS or FedEx will charge a package interception fee of $18 per box.
- "Label Created" Status: Once an order enters this status, it can no longer be canceled directly. You must contact customer service for further details.
3. Returns & Refunds
Key Requirements
- Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the order.
- Item Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original tags attached.
- Authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Policy
- Homrest does not offer direct exchanges due to the logistical difficulties of shipping oversized items.
- If you ordered the wrong item, Homrest offers 2 solutions:Accept a partial refund from customer service and keep the item.Contact customer service to request a return under the "Non-Quality Issues" policy, then place a new order.
5. How to Handle Specific Issues
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
- Immediately contact customer service and provide:Photos of the damaged/wrong item.The item SKU number on the box.The barcode label.The shipping tracking label.
- Solutions for Wrong Items: You can keep the incorrect item at a discounted price, or return it for a full refund/correct replacement once tracking shows it is back with UPS/FedEx.
- Solutions for Damaged Items: Depending on the severity, Homrest will offer a part replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Lost Packages
- If the provided address was correct: Check your surroundings, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it is still missing, contact Homrest with your order and tracking number. They will open a lost package claim with the carrier (investigation takes about a week) and assist you.
- If the provided address was incorrect: Homrest is not liable for the loss.
6. Warranty & Support Contact
- Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (excludes manual damage, misuse, or damage caused by logistics/severe weather).
- Price Matching: Prices fluctuate based on the market. Homrest does not offer refunds for price differences.

What a lovely shade of pastel blue the chair is! On my own, it took around two hours to assemble. For the first few days, everything seems to be working fine, albeit the motor can be a little bumpy at times. In the winter, when it's cold outside, the heat is fantastic. I'm hoping the fabric will endure for a very long time. As a whole, I adore my chair!

Arrived on time, one large box and well packaged. Beware, it’s a heavy box. First the GOOD.....The chair itself is a pretty nice chair. The recline / lift function is smooth and works well. The fake leather material feels nice and appears durable. The OKAY The heat function is “okay”, nothing spectacular but there’s a little heat. Massage functions are okay (lumbar, thighs and legs) but the back massage makes a bad vibrating noise when it's on and it's right by my ear. The instructions (more on this later) state if there’s any issues to disassemble and re-assemble but the chair back is one solid piece so I can’t do that. The remote is different from the chair shown. The chair shown has the chair functions on a separate switch attached to the chair but mine arrived with a remote that controls everything so if the remote dies none of the functions of the chair work. My remote also arrived with the faceplate not attached. Not a big deal but it makes me wonder about the build quality of everything else. The remote shown is black (same as the cup holders) but mine is bright white. Would look much nicer in black and the remote needs a light as you can’t read any of the screen info when the lighting is dim. The BAD……The instructions are worthless. I’m a fairly intelligent guy with 50 years of putting stuff together experience and the supplied instructions make no sense whatsoever. I ended up unboxing everything, spreading it all over the floor and applying logic as to what has to connect to what. In the end (2 ½ hours later) it came together but the instructions / diagrams aren’t worth the paper they are written on. In fact they only confused matters even more. CONCLUSION It's well worth the $400 i spent but not the $800 Homerest are claiming is the regular price.

As an elderly woman with severe arthritis, I was finding it very painful to stand up from a chair. This lift chair is perfect! It gets me to a near standing position so I can rise easily without knee pain. That’s the only reason I bought it but it turns out to be so much more! It’s exceptionally comfortable and it has a heat setting (for your back only) with a timer for 15 or 30 minutes then it shuts off. The heat is not adjustable and it’s strong. When I was wearing a T-shirt, I it was too much so I put on a light jacket and it was perfect. (You could also just put a pillowcase or thin pad or something behind you to “turn it down”.) The massage function is highly adjustable but like most recliners, it’s just vibration which personally makes me feel like I’m sitting on a bee hive so I don’t use it. The reclining feature is awesome. Super comfortable. It doesn’t go flat but the final position is, in my opinion, much more comfortable for those of us with painful joints. There’s a cup holder on each side and a pocket on each side for a book or magazine. I keep the remote in it so I can reach it easily. Couple of minor things though: the blue chair is more slate blue, more gray than blue. And it’s not microfiber, it’s more of a faux leather. I don’t usually like that as bare skin tends to stick to it but that’s not a problem with this material. My arms & legs don’t stick at all. I’m 100% happy with this chair. Now my husband wants one too. I warned him though: it’s dangerous as every time I sit in it I fall asleep.

First, may I please ask you to email me a copy of my invoice for this beautiful lift recliner chair. I could not ask for a better one for the price you charged. The chair, in two boxes, received 2 days apart, was all intact. Box #1 was very heavy and it didn't help that Federal Express just left the boxes in the middle of my driveway. I was home. Except for the weight of the bottom piece including the motor and frame, it was easy to assemble. A copy of my invoice was not in either of the boxes.
